Basic Trope: The bigger the penis is, the better the sex is.

- Bob's penis is so large that he has trained himself to use it as Combat Tentacles. The fact that this means learning how to get an erection in the middle of life-threatening circumstances, even the bloodiest of battles, only makes women even more turned on.
- Evulz is a eunuch and has no sex, ever, of any kind. Even his random dirty thoughts suck.
- Bob's gigantic Gag Penis makes people orgasm when they simply see it. Anyone who actually touches it dies of bliss instantly.
- Downplayed: Bob has good sex because of his larger-than-average penis, but he's glad it's not too much bigger.
- Justified: Bob's partner Alice has a larger-than-average vagina and together with Bob's larger-than-average penis they fit well together and form a very proportionate size ratio.

- Bob thinks Alice likes how it feels, but it actually hurts her because her lady-parts aren't loose enough and as a result, get stretched out during sex or because it is too long and pokes parts of the body it really shouldn't.
- Everyone hears about Bob’s reputation as a Sex God and assumes he has a large penis. When he’s actually seen naked, he turns out to have a Teeny Weenie (or at least is of average size), and his status is because he's just that good a lover.
- Double Subverted:
- Bob's great skills as a lover wouldn't exist if his large penis hadn't attracted troves of lovers to him earlier on.
- Evulz gets his already sizeable penis enlarged, and his sex life gets magically much more satisfying.
- Alice was lying.
- Bob is a grower, not a shower, and its small size is how it looks flaccid.
- Parodied: Bob has a normal penis, but stands near something symbolically phallic and Alice comments how she wished that was his actual size.

However, the sex isn't great from the start given how inexperienced Bob is.
- Prince Evulz has his genitals mutilated by his evil girlfriend Queen Marianne, causing him to go insane and turn to The Dark Side. Later on, he has plastic surgery to reconstruct his penis to a ridiculously huge size, only to find out that it's too big to actually use. Insane and obsessed as he is, he keeps insisting his penis size will guarantee him the most pleasure imaginable, so he gets practical and makes orifices suitable, imagining the screams of his victims are a sign of enjoyment.

- Penis size has no correlation to the quality of sex lives.
- The characters' penis sizes are never brought up.

- Deconstructed:
- Bob is unable to have sex because his penis is horrifying and extremely uncomfortable to his partners.
- Bob feels like he's just being objectified and used like a glorified sex toy.
- Evulz gets so obsessed about the size of his penis he completely ignores all the other ways to improve his sex life and makes the life of his harem miserable.
- A young virgin, believing in this trope, decides to pursue a partner with an especially long penis, making her first time a really painful memory, perhaps turning her off from sex for a long time.
- Bob is envied by men everywhere, and as such, he's often made enemies of those around him. As it turns out, while bigger may be better in bed, sometimes there's the unfortunate case of Big Prick, Big Problems.
- Reconstructed:
- Bob has plastic surgery to reduce the size of his penis to a more convenient size, and is able to enjoy sex in a whole new level.
- Bob and his partner have ways other than penetration to make use of his penis in bed. And sometimes Bob gets pegged instead (and having to get creative with sex helped him find things he didn't know he enjoys.)
- Evulz realizes that penis size has nothing to do with how well he can pleasure a woman, and gets to it.
- Bob finds a girlfriend who, by innate biological features or sheer dimensions, is able to comfortably accommodate his penis.
- And then Bob comes out as gay. Sure, there may not be other men who swing his way, but at least they don't have competition to deal with. As for those who do... Well, let's just say they're having great times getting their guts rearranged.

- A small female population enjoys small penises and spends all of their time lusting after Emperor Evulz's.
- This trope is prone to be narmy no matter how it's portrayed. Even if it's used for horror.
- Played For Drama: Bob is feared by the ladies and wrongly envied by the men, and every deeper relationship, platonic or not, that he attempts to build, is ruined by how others react to his penis.
- Played For Horror: Bob rapes a lot of women throughout the story and they react to his penetration with some very visible agony every single time, not to mention blood and a mention of damaged inner organs when autopsies are made, making for Fan Disservice.
