This series being a long runner with loads and loads of characters that compete on a reality show where they have no other choice but to endure painful and disgusting challenges, it's safe to say this show's bound to be plentiful in these. Total Drama Island
- Eva goes through this in her return to the island for a second chance. After she rages, intimidates, and threatens again, she barely loses a chance to win immunity to Leshawna. Not only is she voted out on the same day she returned, Chris rubs salt in the wound by revealing most of the campers' confessionals on who exactly voted for her. After being called a rage-aholic, crazy, scary, and "Ava", she's sent off in a straitjacket, unable to do anything but lob empty threats at the other campers as the Boat of Losers takes her away.
- The entire episode of "If You Can't Take The Heat" is this for Harold. He spends the entire episode being pranked by Duncan and his friends when he refuses to own up on the fact that he's been leaving his dirty underwear on the cabin floor. Which includes him getting all his clean underwear stolen to the point of being reduced to wearing his revealing swim trunks, getting tricked into being eating a sandwich with a pair of his underwear, and waking up naked at the lake in front of the entire female population of Camp Wawanakwa.
- Heather gets this in "I Triple Dog Dare You", when she and the other two remaining contestants, Owen and Gwen, are made to participate in a series of disgusting dares (though they can opt out if they have a freebie). Gwen and Owen make a deal to share the freebies while forcing Heather to undergo all manners of disgusting and humiliating stunts, including being thrown in a pile of pig manure, eating a live cockroach, swim in a pool of leeches, and kissing a sweaty sock. It all comes to a head when she has to take a dare from her former lackey Lindsay - to get her head shaved. Heather freaks out and accidentally kicks the razor out of Chef's hand, but she still loses her hair. Moreover, since she technically didn't accept the dare, she's also finally eliminated. She responds by kicking and screaming the whole way down the dock of losers. Also, not only had Heather utterly manipulated and betrayed Lindsay, but she had threatened to cut off Lindsay's hair, so it doubles as A Taste of Their Own Medicine.
Total Drama Action
- Season 2's villain Justin isn't safe. His good looks begin to lose their charming effect on the ladies, and since that's the only thing he's got going for him, he is understandably depressed. The rest of his time on TDA is spent trying unsuccessfully to cope with his decline in beauty. Things start to look up in The Princess Pride, when he falls for Courtney, and she seems to be interested in him too. Only she's not; she was only playing him in order to snag the easy win in the 11th hour. He gets voted off, and finds that no one is terribly sorry to see him go. Lastly, he gets shoved aside in Season 3 to make room for Ale-"New Justin"-jandro.
- In the same season, Courtney gets a Humiliation Conga of her own. She fails miserably at every challenge after Rock n' Rule, Beth of all people pulls a fast one on her in Crouching Courtney, Hidden Owen, and her boyfriend eventually votes her off.
Total Drama World Tour
- The first two episodes of World Tour are this for Ezekiel. In "Walk Like an Egyptian - Part 1", Chris doesn't give him a introduction when he gets off the bus, isn't taken seriously as a contestant by the rest of the cast, gets thrown off the plane to demonstrate the Drop of Shame and supposedly eliminated. In "Walk Like an Egyptian - Part 2 ", he gets separated from the others inside the pyramid and gets covered in mummy wrapping, which leads him to nearly be kissed by Owen. After getting out of the pyramid he gets poked in the eye with his team's reward stick by Harold, ends up ruining the musical number, gets covered in scarabs, gets blamed for ruining the earlier song by Chris, accidentally feeds his team's stick to a crocodile, which leads to his team to being the only loser in the challenge, causing all of his teammates to vote him off, leading to him to be the first elimination again, and is kicked out of the plane by Chef.
- And Total Drama tops itself in World Tour with Alejandro and Blaineley's defeats. This series seems to like making it's antagonists suffer.
- For Alejandro let's go down the list, he's about to win by tossing the sacrifice into the volcano, he sees Heather cry out in frustration, Alejandro gets Heather to admit she loves him, he admits the same, we have swelling music, real CMOHW, then *BAM!* a kiwi shot by Heather, who then pushes Alejandro down the volcano on a block of ice. When he reaches the bottom he is trampled by everyone running away from the eruption, he is caught in the lava flow, and after the end credits he's put in the Robot from Celebrity Manhunt Special to become "Darth Alejandro". Damn...
- Blaineley. After her elimination, she was pushed out of the plane before she could secure her parachute. She fell into a house roof first and was covered head to toe in bandages and wheeled around on a dolly. When she's on the next Aftermath show, the peanut gallery laughs at her because of her fall. Being the only Heather supporter (against her will too), she was almost forced to do a challenge while in a full body-cast until Owen decided to take pity on her and aid her. Owen injures her even more, drops her out of the dolly a couple times, uses her as a surfboard and then accidentally drops her in the ocean. She's saved by Bruno the bear before she drowns, but is used as a literal chew toy once he reaches the shore.
Total Drama: Revenge Of The Island
- Scott in Revenge of the Island. In "Eat, Puke and Be Wary": he gets hit by Chef's spaghetti bazooka, falls into several of Zoey's traps, voted off, and takes the hurl of shame with his least favorite shark who mauls him, later after he's put in the trauma chair everyone laughs at him.
Total Drama All-Stars
- Speaking of Courtney, she gets an even worse one in All-Stars. When her pathological need to win gets the better of her, she makes an unflattering elimination chart of the remaining contestants and plans to sneak out a victory, only for Mal to steal the chart and reveal it to the others at the worst time. Scott angrily dumps Courtney for drawing him as a rat, and Gwen breaks ties with her because she assumes Courtney was insincere about their reconciliation. Courtney's attempts to make up with Gwen fall on deaf ears, Chris changes the rules to make Courtney either lose the challenge or eat a sundae topped with bird vomit, and when Courtney chooses the former and gets eliminated, the remaining players don't miss her. Her post-elimination exclusive clip ends with her crying while getting vomited on by sharks. Even afterwards, she doesn't get chosen as a helper and is left trapped in a balloon full of Owen's farts.
Total Drama Pahkitew Island
- Amy goes through this during the elimination ceremony in "Twinning Isn't Everything". She's tricked into eating a manchineel fruit by Samey, which results in her getting a horrible allergic reaction, complete with facial swelling that renders her unable to speak properly. Her favorite bullying victim of a younger sister then convinces everyone that she's her and vice versa. She's then shot out of the Cannon of Shame with her failing to get anyone to realize that they're booting the wrong twin and the one person who is aware of the Twin Switch has No Sympathy for her.
- Scarlett goes through this when her attempt to blackmail Chris by threatening the contestants lives blows up in her face when Max, of all people tricks her to opening the door to the control room using a busted up Chris bot, she ends up on the receiving end of a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown by Sugar, gets tied up with her own hair, and is blasted off the island with her least favorite contestant, to which she begs Chris not to launch him with her.
- This happens to Dave in the last episode of the "Pahkitew Island" season. When he arrives back on the island, Chris reveals Sky's disdain for him when he gets chosen as her helper. During the first part of the final challenge, he and Sky get trapped in a giant snowball, to where she tricks a robot cat to breath fire on it in order for them to escape, resulting in him losing all his hair. He's then forced to wade through mud for the second part of the challenge shortly afterwards, Chris, in an effort to demoralize him, reveals to him that Sky had a boyfriend at home this whole time, meaning that he never had a chance with Sky to begin with. His hopes for a share of half the prize money if he stops Shawn and Sky from completing the final part of the challenge, are dashed when they both resurface from the snow. Afterwards, he's stranded on the island after being left behind by everyone else and is about to be mauled by Scuba Bear.
