The SCP Foundation has absolutely every type of abomination, and these are no exception. There's some serious creepy Humanoid Abominations hanging around there.
  • Dr. Clef may or may not be one. He is an expert in killing Reality Warpers, his face cannot be recorded for unknown reasons, and he is a Consummate Liar with a Mysterious Past. One of his craziest claims is that he is The Devil, and Word of God says that he is partially telling the truth about that one. He also is known to have once been in a relationship with a nature goddess who gave birth to his daughter, SCP-166. He even claims that his real name is the sound of an A major chord played on a ukelele, although that is probably just him being a Troll.
  • SCP-049 ("Plague Doctor") looks like a medieval Plague Doctor, except examination reveals that his outfit is actually part of his body. He can kill with only a touch and then through a strange surgery bring his victims back as aggressive zombies. He does this because he thinks that his victims have some horrible disease that he is curing them of.
  • SCP-053 ("The Young Girl"). Creepy Child SCP-053 looks and acts like an ordinary three year old girl. She's not. Let's put it this way: SCP-682, an alien reptilian Omnicidal Maniac that hates everything organic in this universe on principle, likes SCP-053, and the feeling is mutual — once SCP-053 got past her initial fear of the giant terrifying reptiloid. Humans on the other hand, are driven violently insane if they touch, make eye contact with, or stay for 10 minutes near her. Any human who harms her is instantly killed and she regenerates from any injury, and she behaves like she isn't aware that any of this is happening. (It's unclear whether 682's behaviour derives directly from recognizing her nature or whether its adaptive self-preservation power determined its best course of surviving her to be massive self-sedation. Either way, the result's actually kind of adorable).
  • SCP-096 ("The Shy Guy"). SCP-096 is a tall skinny being with disproportionately long arms that enters an Unstoppable Rage and screams like a human when someone looks at its face, regardless of how indirect the method is, and will proceed to "kill and [DATA EXPUNGED]" that person leaving no trace of them (except for SCP-049 for some reason).
  • SCP-106 ("The Old Man"). SCP-106 is an entity that resembles a decomposing old man that corrodes everything it touches and has its own Pocket Dimension that it lords over. It has a personality similar to that of an elderly serial killer, doing absolutely horrible things to its victims.
  • SCP-513 ("A Cowbell") causes anybody who hears it to be stalked by a creepy emaciated humanoid with abnormally large hands that can only be seen for very brief moments by people who have heard the bell and keeps its victims from sleeping, eventually driving them to suicide.
  • SCP-1471 ("MalO ver1.0.0") is a malware app that sends you pictures of a shaggy humanoid with a canine Skull for a Head stalking you. Looking at the pictures for too long will cause you to start seeing it in reflective surfaces and your peripheral vision. However, it doesn't seem to be harmful and people can learn to live with it.
  • One of the monsters found in SCP-1730 is a creature known as the Writer on the Walls. It was tortured and modified by an evil alternate version of the Foundation into a highly dangerous Brown Note Being. It is unknown what it originally looked like or what its abilities were but it now appears as a tall thin creature with a wide-brimmed hat and the rest of its body entirely wrapped in a robe and it appears to glide silently across the ground. It can extend a single arm from its body to write cognitohazardous symbols on walls and it can also infect people with its cognitohazard by exposing its single large glowing white eye or unwrapping its robe to reveal its whole body. Victims of the cognitohazard become living bombs who explode without making any sound if they hear any loud noises. Luckily the entity was not bulletproof and was terminated.
  • SCP-2419 ("The Laughing Men") are human corpses that the Foundation stripped of all happy memories for the sake of creating Amnestics that resurrected as zombies, wielding Super-Strength and an extremely potent Healing Factor. But what really qualifies them as this is the implication their powers are purely the result of their lust for death being so overwhelmingly, reality-breakingly strong that it brought them back to life just so they could continue satiating it.
  • SCP-2521 is one that the Foundation cannot quite contain properly. It can go through walls, and practically teleport, but the real danger about it is that it apparently covets any sort of word-based information about itself, and will steal it away the moment it's made. It might be a document, a recording, or even the person who mentions the SCP. And it might just take this page at some point. As a result the entire article on it must be done in pictograms, and even the database must label it "●●|●●●●●|●●|●" instead of "2521" to avoid having it be summoned at the location of the database computer.
  • SCP-2852 ("Cousin Johnny") is a humanoid that shows up at Catholic and Anglican baptisms, weddings, and funerals. Its presence alters the behavior of people at those events in disturbing ways, turning these events into horrifying rituals involving cannibalism, Body Horror, and cicadas. None of the people involved will think that there is anything abnormal about these events but will still be left with permanent psychological damage.
  • This is the fate of people possessed by SCP-3125. Although they externally look normal, non-possessed people will no longer recognize them as human. In one story where we get to see it happen, a man who was resistant to being possessed at first thinks the people around him have suddenly been replaced with bizarre-looking monsters, then is confused when he realizes they look exactly like humans have always looked. The entity itself can appear as a human to communicate, although since the entity is actually a sentient concept, the closest thing it has to a true form is a swarm of giant spiders.
  • SCP-4666 ("The Yule Man") is a particularly horrifying Santabomination. It stalks families during winter and 85% of the time it will proceed to torture them in gruesome, unimaginable ways before it ritually kills them. In most cases, it will leave one of the children alive, kidnapping them and forcing them to make toys from human remains, with the toys being given to one of the families it haunts 15% of the time instead of the torture and murder. If its child slave does not fulfill the proper quota of toys, it will either eat them, torture them, or use their body parts as materials to make more toys. And despite acting like a twisted version of Santa Claus, historical records indicate that it is actually older than the historical Saint Nicholas. The most accepted hypothesis for his origin is that he is an SCP-4000 specimen, and may possibly be an aspect of a different SCP that lost a bunch of names and degenerated.
  • SCP-4885 ("Find Him") is a twisted parody of Waldo who escaped into the real world. If anybody learns his location, or the location of any corpse of a person he has killed, he will teleport himself into their body and kill them by ripping his way out through their mouth, or if they are close by, by climbing into their mouth and tearing his way out through their pelvis.
  • SCP-5056-A ("Doug") is a hairless, grey-skinned humanoid, with a face consisting of several scars resembling eyes and a mouth, that only appears within reflective surfaces and can degrade any optical equipment and media on which it appears. It constantly follows SCP-5056-B around Site-43, will let out a tone that's 119 decibels loud if it's ever separated from him, and can even manifest within someone's eyes, causing severe ocular injuries to the affected person.
  • SCP-5999 ("This is where I died") is a mutilated corpse-like humanoid thing that gets closer and closer to escaping from its prison as you read through each page of SCP-5999. Or maybe not. Clues scattered through the documents hint that the Foundation is trying to kill the reader in real life.
  • SCP-6096 ("The Guest") is a humanoid covered in a white sheet. Normally the thing is passive, but every once in a while it will target a random human somewhere on earth and kill them by enveloping them in its sheet. It can't be stopped because, for some reason (it is unclear if it is mind control or something weirder), nobody except for whoever it is targeting can willingly do anything to harm it or stop it and anyone who sees it while it is active is compelled to help it reach its target.
  • SCP-6097 ("Granny Rat Tail") was a monstrous humanoid that terrorised communities in Massachusetts during the early 19th century. She's described as a creature like something straight out of fairy tales: an impossibly old woman with a long rat's tail, ending in a large eyeball at its tip. Periodically, she'd fly around on an enchanted spoon, landing on rooftops, and stretching her eye-tail down house chimneys, searching for babies to eat. As if that wasn't horrifying enough, after her capture and execution at the hands of civilians, countless babies are born with horrendous deformities, the most common being a tail, and the lack of a head. Her head was reported to still be alive after she was decapitated and still had not been found.
  • SCP-6930 is a humanoid abomination who decided to start a career as a Virtual Youtuber. She is a type of entity called a Pattern Screamer, which are beings of nothingness that normally are extremely dangerous and hostile to existence, but she presents herself as a Cute Monster Girl and is friendly to humanity. Her avatar on her channel appears as a red-eyed girl made of static.
