  • Ray standing up for Brooke after Chet lashes out at her, and the two of them sharing a very sweet Held Gaze as she’s tending to his wound.
  • Xavier tries to stop "Rita" from telling a scary story on the grounds that Brooke was recently assaulted, narrowly escaping with her life, and is clearly still shaken up.
  • Chet comes to Ray's rescue after Ray has already been a massive jackass and insisted that it's every man for himself out there.
  • Then, when Ray abandons Chet inside one of Mr. Jingles's death pits, Trevor and Xavier go down to get the pleading, badly injured Chet without a second thought.
  • Trevor's refusal to leave Bertie behind.
    "Chef Bertie is good people!"
  • Chef Bertie’s motive for returning to camp, that she wants to help Margaret in healing from her supposed trauma of the murders.
    • Also, Bertie remembers Benjamin's favorite sandwich and offers to make him one. Sure, Xavier's clumsiness spoils the moment, but for a brief time, someone was actually treating Benjamin like a human being again.
  • Donna saving Brooke from her execution.
  • Donna and Brooke’s friendship after the events at Camp Redwood, in general, is very sweet.
  • Montana empathizing with Benjamin about his younger brother’s death and his mother’s subsequent murderous rampage and attempt at killing him that resulted in her death, clearly thinking about her own brother.

  • "The Lady in White": Despite the rage and abuse she subjected Benjamin to for indirectly causing Bobby's death, Lavinia shows real compassion when she tells Benjamin to leave his revenge quest behind and be with his own son that he clearly loves. Despite how awful she was as his mother, she empathizes with him and wants him to do what she couldn't.
  • "Rest In Pieces":
    • A very twisted example, but when Margaret divulges her plot to murder all of the famous bands and singers coming to perform at the festival, Ramirez insists that Billy Idol be left alive.
    • Although she rejects it, Trevor genuinely tries to reach out to Montana and tells her she's not a monster, reaffirming his love for her.
    • Donna stopping Brooke from killing Stacey Phillips in cold blood by telling Brooke that she isn’t an evil person for having dark thoughts or urges, only if she gives in and listens to those thoughts like Margaret or Jingles or Ramirez did. Donna also reassures Brooke that if they can kill Margaret — who undoubtedly deserves some form of justice — without harming another innocent person, then they will be redeemed. Brooke actually listens to this and calms down, and hopefully asks Donna if they can be "final girls" in a Call-Back to their earlier conversation.
    • The fact that Benjamin and his mother Lavinia reconcile and come to an understanding, are reunited with his little brother Bobby and are able to be happy together. After all the terrible things that have happened to Benjamin, he definitely deserved this.
  • Many in the Grand Finale, "Final Girl":
    • Trevor has been mortally wounded by Margaret just outside of the campground, meaning that he would pass over to the afterlife unless he manages to get back on the property before he dies. Just as it seems that he's going to be lost forever, Brooke suddenly shows up and helps get him back to the camp just before he expires. Not only does she allow him to be Together in Death with Montana, but her selfless act inspires Montana to let go of her rage, and she and Trevor decide to unite all the other ghosts to protect Bobby by preventing Ramirez from ever leaving Redwood.
    • Benjamin's son, Bobby Richter II, is all grown up. When he finds and meets his father, Bobby tells him that he truly loves and misses his father. In turn, Benjamin tells him that he was always loved by his family and they share a tearful hug before the son has to flee the campgrounds to get away from Margaret's ghost.
      • And similarly, Montana, upon hearing who Bobby is, immediately sobs in relief and hugs him, clearly happy that she and the other ghosts were successfully able to protect him.
    • The reveal that Ray managed to save a mortally wounded Brooke from dying on the campgrounds, earning a Redemption Equals Death moment after his death. They share a tender moment as he ensures she gets off the grounds and calls help for her.
    • The simple fact that Brooke, after going through an utterly hellish ordeal, found happiness eventually, marrying a nice man and having a family with him. Furthermore, she anonymously sent money to Bobby to make sure he was taken care of.
    • Lavinia pulls a Big Damn Heroes by rescuing Bobby II from Margaret and then affectionately strokes his face, happy to see her grandson has grown up into a good man.
