• Cooper quickly becoming an honorary member of the Otto family. This comes to a head in the season 5 premiere, when Cooper's parents move to Palm Beach, devastating both Cooper and Oliver. Even though Katie has never cared for Cooper, she and Greg offer to let Cooper stay with them to finish high school in Westport, meaning that for all intents and purposes he truly is an Otto now. Cooper even gives Katie a big hug, and she actually smiles as she lets him do so. They've both come a long way in their relationship.
