     Pup Care Age
  • Why don't Dylan and Dolly seem to have any littermates the same age who could help care for the younger pups? The only ones who seem like they may be close are Dante and Dawkins (who in fairness does get put in charge sometimes, but only when Dylan and Dolly are out). The brunt of the pup care is on the main two, even though logically they should have at least a few other siblings who could help (and if one source is to be believed, they both are part of litters of fifteen). Obviously the show is only going to focus on a few of the dogs, but it's just odd that "solo pup care" is a thing that happens at all.

     Who Comes from Which Side?
Obviously, this doesn't really matter as they still remain a family regardless. Still, some fans wonder/have fun guessing if any of the pups that have been individualised in the series belong to either Delilah or Doug's side of the family or the litter of fifteen more they had after they got married.
  • Let's recap what we know. Dylan is confirmed to come from Delilah's side of the family, while Dolly is confirmed to come from Doug's side. It's also confirmed that Triple-D are related to Pongo and Perdita, likely meaning the three come from Delilah's side. Another puppy that's indicated to come from Delilah's side is Dawkins; aside from the black-coloured ears, he for unspecified reasons, refers to Doug by name rather than as "Dad" or "Father", which is something many children might do at first when talking to step-parents.
  • A way to visually indicate that Dylan and Dolly come from Delilah and Doug's side, respectively, are the spot patterns on their ears. Both Dylan and Delilah have one of their ears black with white spots, and Dolly and Doug's patterns are almost the same. With that in mind, it might be easier to guess at least which side ‘’some’’ of the puppies might come from based on their appearance.
    • Given that Dorothy is so young she doesn't have a single spot, she was clearly born recently, making it safe to assume that she's one of the other 15 puppies Doug and Delilah had after they got together. As such, that would make her one of the half-siblings of Dylan, Dolly. and their respective biological siblings.
    • Noticeably, Dizzy and Dee Dee share physical traits with both Dylan and Dolly, as well as Delilah and Doug; Dee Dee's facial and ear structure resembles Delilah while the spots on her ears are identical to both parents. Dizzy has opposite-coloured ears like Delilah yet the spots patterns on them resemble Doug's. The sock-like markings she sports also look similar to Dolly's. This could mean that they are two of Dolly and Dylan's half-siblings. It's also suggested in the show that the two are the youngest pups excluding Dorothy, thus further supporting this.
    • All three of the Dimitris share physical traits with both Delilah and Doug, such as the coloured ears and rear half. Their head shape also resembles Dylan's. This could mean that they are also three of Dolly and Dylan's half-siblings.
    • There are theories that Dante may have either dyed his fur or that he's one of the 54 other puppies Delilah and Doug adopted later on. Still, upon closer inspection, it's noticeable that Dante shares Delilah's British accent (although his voice actor Kyle Soller isn't British in real life), as well as the spots on his right ear: both which could indicate that he either comes from Delilah's side of the family or that he's one of Dylan and Dolly's half-siblings.
    • D.J. has the same markings as Dolly and Dizzy on his legs, coloured ears like Delilah and a similar head shape to Dylan's. That could mean he's, once again, another one of Delilah and Doug's third litter of 15 (Dylan and Dolly's half-siblings).
    • Da Vinci could also be a similar case; her head shape and the two spots on her head are the same as Dylan's and she has a black spot over her right eye, just like Doug. So, here's a possible inclusion in the third litter of 15.
    • Considering that Diesel's head shape, eyebrows (unibrow, in his case), ear shape and facial expressions are nearly identical to Dolly's, it could be indicated that he either comes from Doug's side of the family or that he's one of Dylan and Dolly's half-siblings.
    • Deepak is an interesting case; on one hand, it can be inferred that he comes from Delilah's side, given the spot patterns/colours of his ears and having the same eyebrows as Dylan. Yet again, the black on the rest of his fur could come from Doug (thus making him one of the third litter), making both cases equally possible.
    • Delgado is a more easy case. He has spots on his legs that resemble sport bands just like Dolly, pointy ears like Delilah, similar spots on his head and ears to Dylan, Doug and Da Vinci’s, and the same nose shape as Triple D. With all that in mind, it can be easily assumed that he's also one of Dolly and Dylan's half-siblings.

     Cruella's Motive?
  • Honestly, why does Cruella even bother still going after the Dalmatian Family? Why doesn't she try sneaking up on other unsuspecting dog breeds that might sooth her need for a fur coat instead of going for all the trouble of even trying to get her great-nephew to make sure that any Dalmatian they see is related to Pongo and Perdita? Forthe Evulz i guess, but still, you think she'd just give up by now.
    • Because It's Personal for Cruella! The show clearly states that Cruella is targeting these specific Dalmatians as revenge on Pongo & Perdita! Keep in mind, Cruella is a very vengeful person, and not the type to just shrug something off. The reason she initially abducted Pongo & Perdita's puppies was as revenge on Roger & Anita for not selling them to her. The show clearly establishes that it's personal this time, which is why it is in-character for Cruella to target Dalmatians specifically related to Pongo & Perdita!

     Not Recognising Triple-D
  • My Fair Dolly has Triple D join Dylan and Dawkins in order to stop Dolly from becoming a pet. While the latter two are understandable, how did the judges not recognize Triple-D? They're world wide celebrities, and their collars would've certainly given them away.
    • This factor is brought up in "The Woof Factor", when Dolly, Dylan & Deepak stood in for Triple-D. Dylan questions whether the humans would realize they're not actually Triple-D, to which Dolly responds "All dogs look the same to humans". So, for all the humans know, the three could have been Triple-D cosplayers and not the actual trio; that, and they're probably more focused on the dog show happening on stage, than who is in the audience!

     Trigger Words
  • Okay, seriously, how the heck do trigger words work in this show, and who obeys them and who doesn't? All Fired Up clearly shows Dawkins not obey one as Doug gives consolation hugs to the rest of the puppies... but the next time he's faced with one in A Right Royal Rumble, he's howling with the rest of his siblings after Doug says choir. I was thinking maybe after a certain age the dogs could grow out of them and that was why Da Vinci, D.J., Dante etc. didn't show up with them at first but clearly a couple episodes put a dent in that theory.
    • What makes you think the choir line was an example of a trigger word? It is entirely possible that there was a plan for the puppies to howl at the royal carriage as it passes, as a way to salute the royal corgis.
    • Certainly possible, but how do we explain the one scene in The De Vil Wears Puppies where Da Vinci is clearly being lured by Dylan and Dolly saying "hug"?
      • Maybe she just wanted a hug?

     Pearl's beliefs of the Kraken
  • Why did Pearl believe the Kraken was real to the point of closing the pond?! Isn't she a professional?!
    • She was probably going to investigate the pond to find the true identity of the kraken.

     Fergus's fangs
  • Why does Fergus the fox have yellow (or golden) canine fangs?
    • Rule of Cool.
    • Based on his lack of any visible scars, which would be common for an animal raised in the wild, it's possible Fergus was originally owned before either being released or escaping at some point. It would explain why he distrusts humans, why he's uncomfortable indoors, and why he adjusts so well to living indoors in "Fox in the Doghouse". Perhaps his former human got the gold tooth for him.

     How is Cruella still alive?!
  • The original book is written in 1956 and a newspaper in the original animated film reads November 1958. Assuming that time frame and how the series takes place at the time of release (March 18, 2019 – February 22, 2020), that would be an average of about 61 years! She and Anita were schoolmates and Anita looks to be in her 20s to 30s. How is it she is able to do everything she does from drive her old car around London to kidnapping around 100 dogs despite being the better part of 90?!
    • Has it actually been confirmed that the series takes that long after the film?
     What happens to Hunter?
  • The last we see of Hunter, he's gone dog mode again and is chasing Cuddles around the docks, but that's not really an ending for him. His only relative has been arrested and presumably his penthouse home won't be paid for anymore because of that. He's not mentally well due to his six months in isolation and it's unlikely that any human would believe that the dalmatians would have tricked him into that container.
    • Maybe if the show had gotten a season 2, the dalmatians would have adopted Hunter. There could probably even be an episode or two of the puppies learning to trust Hunter after everything that's happened. Dylan remembers what Hunter did; however, Dylan helps some of the pups trust Hunter. Dylan and Hunter become great friends for real this time.
    • Or we could finally be introduced to the Dalmatians' absentee human owner and she adopts Hunter.
