  • With the school suffering chronic underfunding, why doesn't Eddie's parents become investors? Since they were willing to give 23 Million dollars under the guise of building a statue in Eddie's honour, and were okay with it when it was to build a new auditorium.
    • Because no one whose opinion mattered, like Eddie, ever asked and they probably assume that he'll eventually get tired of the school and move somewhere that actually deserves their money.
  • Just how underfunded is Westley School? If Luna can force the teachers into an annual retreat at a spa, just how much money do they really have?
    • For that matter, why hasn't the school been condemned?
    • Two answer two points:
      • If you really think about it, Luna might be a case of Skewed Priorities, in which case, he spends almost whatever money to be used for the school on something else, specifically on things the school doesn't need, in which case, the school might be very underfunded because of that reason, so how underfunded isn't really clear but one would have to guess it's a case of "underfunded enough to not afford certain things but also not underfunded enough to close the school". Adding to this, their music teacher is a famous musician, so they might have some disposable income.
      • In the second point, this might be because, while the condition of the school is questionable, it doesn't seem to be be health/safety hazard and, the times that it is, it's usually because of what someone else did (the Blob episode comes to mind).
