Chapter 1

Make Your Mark

  • When Zipp is sitting at a table, Pipp goes next to her and gets her attention by yelling "ZIPP!"
  • Sunny's alicorn powers manifest at unexpected moments, popping her wings out and sending a shockwave through the air. Once this happened while she was running her smoothie business, and she stumbled and hit the back wall hard enough to topple the stand onto its side.
  • When Posey visits Hitch's office to file a complaint, he points her to a wall-mounted box for them — which is overflowing into a trash can directly below it that's also full of those same forms. Just how often have ponies been in to gripe about something?
  • Hitch is incredibly fond of the dragon egg he finds. By the end of the first episode, he's crammed a stuffed toy into its nest (which he hides in his office) and trying to read a bedtime story to it.
  • Hitch invites Zipp to investigate a disturbance with him, but she refuses. She still goes, but sets up a stakeout that is nearly ruined by a call from Haven.
  • Zipp stares at the crystals for five hours waiting for them to glitch.
  • Zipp reveals to Pipp that when they were young, she'd sneak Queen Haven's chocolate-dipped cherries and blame it on the latter. Pipp gasps before angrily calling her sister out for getting her grounded by their mom.
  • When Hitch asks the egg "Who wants to hear a story?", Zipp pops up behind him and says "I do!" with the most hilariously smug expression.

Chapter 2

Izzy Does It

  • Pipp lampshades the fact that her songs are basically all the same, and she is perfectly okay with that.
  • A conversation about Izzy's storage habits.
Zipp: We didn't mean to say you weren't welcome, Izzy.
Hitch: We just didn't like all your junk everywhere!
    (Zipp kicks him)
  • Izzy grabs Pipp's phone and runs off, saying that Pipp has inspired her.
Hitch: You inspired her to steal?
    Izzy: I'm just borrowing!
Hitch: (completely sincere) That's okay, then!

Growing Pains

  • Izzy's coversation with the recording of Hitch's dragonsitting instructions:
Hitch [on recording]: Be careful not to cross out any items on the Sparky schedule. It's important he does everything in order. Don't let him eat before sleeping, don't let him sleep before eating! Don't let him do all this unsupervised.
Izzy: Huh? Even if he asks me to?
Hitch [on recording]: Especially if he asks you to!
  • Pipp takes a picture of a tree glowing multiple colors (due to the build-up of unused Earth Pony magic). When she show the picture to the others, we can see that she put a pair of sunglasses over it.

Portrait of a Princess

  • Zipp becomes so exasperated by the events of the day that she collapses sideways onto the beach like a cardboard cut-out.

Ali-Conned

  • Opaline's villainous rant being interrupted by the sound of Misty drinking a smoothie.
  • When the Filly Four approach Sunny, Misty puts on a "cool" act, only to walk into a pot on the street.
  • Pipp attempting to replicate Sparky's social media popularity by mimicking everything he does... even crying like a baby.
  • When Hitch visits Izzy, she puts a coffee mug on the counter... and prepares to smash it, causing the camera to pan away. Cue sound of shattering and an upbeat "Perfect!" from offscreen.
  • Sparky pelting Pipp with apples, changing her crown into a hideous looking hair accessory, then giving a topiary of her the same accessory.

The Cutie Mark Mix-Up

  • While Hitch is making his speech over the opening of the new community garden, Izzy urges the crowd not to interrupt him... by yelling at the top of her lungs.
  • Sunny and Hitch switching personalities makes for some funny moments, such as when Sunny snaps at a pony for littering.
  • While evading the stampede of critters, Izzy and Zipp collide into each other. Pipp films the whole thing, and smugly announces that she's already posted it.
  • Zipp makes an Accidental Pun when she tells Sunny and Hitch that she'll get to the 'bottom' of their cutie mark swap. She's clearly trying to hold in her laughter by the time she finishes the sentence.
  • After Zipp tells them each her Motivational Lie, Hitch and Sunny gallop right into each other at full speed while going to help each other.

The Traditional Unicorn Sleep-Over

  • While the sleep-over attendees are decorating, Pipp accidentally gets some glitter on her face, giving her a beard.
  • Misty awkwardly butchering an old Bridlewood song.

Hoof Done It?

  • Zipp tastes some of the dirt around where the lantern was to figure out it came from the community garden - then realises she just put dirt in her mouth.
  • When the Pippsqueaks flee from Zipp's interrogation, Seashell snatches her phone back from Zipp while she stares increduously.
  • Following her failed interrogation of Izzy, Zipp muses that she feels like she's on the edge of something... only to slip on the edge of the bathtub she was sitting on and falling into it.

Have You Seen This Dragon?

Chapter 3

Winter Wishday
  • Hitch gets into a brief argument with Kenneth the bird over whose grandma is the best.
  • When Hitch asks Izzy if she has a license for the Marestream, Izzy hastily crafts two "licenses" for her and Zipp. Hitch takes a look, then proclaims "Everything checks out here."
  • After Onyx recites her overly-long poem, the Mane Five (minus Izzy, who thinks it was a "bit short") are utterly shellshocked.
Hitch: I don't remember life before that poem.
  • Just as the Mane Five are about to depart Bridlewood, Izzy sees another unicorn she wants to say "Frosty Shivers" to. Sunny, knowing they're pressed for time, yells out "GRAB HER!"
  • Sunny's reaction to Queen Haven's announcement that the Zephyr Heights Wishentine Royal Carousel Concert is going to be six acts long, and Haven's nonchalant reaction to that.
Sunny: [spits out her drink] Six?!
    Queen Haven: Yes, six!
  • As Pipp and Zipp depart after the concert, Haven wishes them Joyous Wishentine, which Zoom and Thunder, believing she was addressing them, thank her for, making Haven groan.

Chapter 4

Bridlewoodstock
  • The Mane 5 split up to recruit three bands for the music festival, and each of the bands is promised headliner status. Followed up by them having to convince one of them to go first, resulting in all of the bands deciding to.

The Jinxie Games

  • Hitch participates in Bridlewood's sports festival and struggles to make sense of the nonsensical rules, some of which are so oddly specific that there shouldn't be any logical reason for them to exist, but every time Hitch questions them, Izzy refers him to a rulebook which confirms the rule.
    • Even one of the unicorns organizing the Grand Prix doesn't know the rules; when she's told a baby dragon is climbing a tree nearby, she awkwardly asks if that's part of the race.
  • Queen Haven assumes Pipp and Zipp are attracted to Hitch, but they shoot her down immediately.

Sunny Side Up

  • Misty's life-changing epiphany lasts for several hours, so long that the episode doesn't show most of it. Every time it cuts back to her she's having another realization about why Opaline's abuse is wrong- realizations so numerous that they actually distract her from escaping the house.
  • Opaline goes to retrieve the Dragon Stone personally, complaining the whole time while climbing a hill.
"Why does every magical thing have to be precariously perched on a hill with stuff in the way! (blasts a boulder in half) Here's an idea! Bury your magic things within hoof's reach!"

The Manesquerade Ball

  • Absolutely nopony is fooled by Queen Haven's disguise, yet she acts like she's completely incognito.

A Little Horse

  • Izzy's first attempt at a curative tea for Pipp somehow causes Pipp to speak with Izzy's voice.
  • The following exchange:
Zipp: I wanna take you through my ongoing case against the nefarious evil pony who wants to steal magic!
    Misty: [gasps]
Pipp: Ooh, ooh! Okay. You mean the dirt. The goss. The tea?
Izzy: [offscreen] No, it's not ready yet!

Missing The Mark

  • While in the middle of their rescue mission, Pipp gets distracted by her admiration of the decor of Opaline's castle.

Chapter 5

Nightmare on Mane Street

  • Pipp attempts to spook Misty, who is completely unruffled every time. At one point, Misty predicts an attempt so well that she counts down to it...and nothing happens, so she shrugs and leaves the room. Then Pipp yells pathetically that her hooves got stuck.

Chapter 6

Roots of All Evil

  • Equestria is collapsing into chaos, so Pipp calls her mom to find out if she's okay. The call goes to voicemail, so Pipp hangs up. Then Zipp asks why she didn't leave a message, and an exasperated Pipp yells, "She doesn't know how to check her messages!"
