You know what, she's still a child.

Despite having heavy amounts of action and being comparably Darker and Edgier than other Malaysian cartoons, Agent Ali still has its fair share of humorous moments.

General

• Mostly Ali and Alicia's friendship. Not only heartwarming, but also can be very funny at the same time since they're still elementary school children.
• Anything about Mrs. Munah. A Deadpan Snarker and Hot-Blooded Stern Teacher who often acts like a ninja, as she always carries a rattan stick like a sword.
• Every annoyed expression of Jenny Woo when Bakar flirts with her.
• Anything about Shaun and Syed. When they're about to bully Ali, it often ends very badly for them.

Season 1

MISSION: IRIS

• The picture of "Trezware 3.0", a headshot of a smiling Chibi-version of Trez.
• Bakar flirts with Dos, who is undercover as a new TEKNO agent after she took Jenny Woo's glasses and lab-coat. Dos' confused expression makes it funnier, mostly since she's worried that Bakar was suspicious of her.
  Bakar :Wait! Are you. .. a thief ?!
  Dos : Why would you say that?
  Bakar : Because. . .you have stolen my heart.
  Dos : (Silent with confused expression)
  Bakar : Are you new here ?
  Dos : (Replies half smiling and confused)
• Ali's introduction is pretty is very similar to the likes of how the character from Shoujo manga would be introduced. Waking up late, hurrying to go to school, buys some food for lunch, and ends up being scolded by Mrs. Munah.
• The password that Dos leave to Wak Musang to take the I.R.I.S ? Tempoyak Udang.
  • For the non-Malaysians, that's shrimp served with a paste of fermented durian fruit. No wonder they didn't think anyone would order it!
  • As a result, when Ali wanted to buy Nasi Lemak and mentions Tempoyak Udang to him, Wak Musang thinks that the I.R.I.S is meant to be given to him.
• When Ali is captured by Dos and Trez, Dos thinks Ali is a nine-year-old M.A.T.A agent, which annoyed him. When Trez opens Ali's bag, he got angry at him and Trez replies by pinching his cheek, remarking that Ali has an adorable angry face. When Bakar approached behind Trez, the former claimed he was cuter than Ali.
  Ali : Watch it! You can't do that to people stuff !
  Trez : Aww, look at that, he's all cute when he's angry
  Bakar : (Suddenly appears from Trez Back) I'm way cuter!

MISSION: ALPHA

• Bakar suddenly appears in Ali's bedroom, waking him up early and taking him to train at a jungle gym at 5 in the morning.
• Viktor waiting for Ali when class has started and he's so surprised when he realized Ali was already in class. When Mrs.Munah asked him what the matter was, Viktor told her that he waited for Ali since he was always late. Mrs. Munah replies sarcastically if Viktor wanted to throw a party to celebrate his appearance.
  Mrs.Munah : What's all the fuss about ?
  Viktor : Sorry, Ma'am. I'm just surprised that Ali got here early today.
  Mrs.Munah : So, you what to throw a him a party ? It's such fuss even if he's early. Enough, sit down!
  • And then followed by this.
  Alicia : Ma'am! Ali's chattering in class!
  Mrs.Munah : Ali. Don't get carried away talking to Viktor, He's gotten "A". You on the other hand, can't even get a "C"
• Bakar undercover as a school janitor to observe Ali at school.
• The school announcer (who is later confirmed as Agent Karya in the next season) tells the students that they can go to home early due to. . .haze. While it's clearly there is no haze at school, the student seemingly don't care or questioned about this, happily accepting the day off.
  • Then the scene is followed with Bakar's Hypocritical Humor by taking Ali's chocolate bar and replacing it with an apple. When he tells him that agents need to eat healthy food, he eats Ali's chocolate bar.

MISSION: EVEN

• Alicia scolds Ali for throwing a box of milk in the school hallway by giving him a digital reminder to clean the toilet. Then it followed with her annoying him by telling him that he was late come to school.
• Ali, who is still angry over Alicia attitude, creates an ugly doodle and tries to throw it at her. When he throws it and accidentally hit Mrs. Munah, Alicia tells her that Ali is the one who's responsible for it. Causing her to become so furious and throw many crumpled papers at him like Shurikens, making him fall off his chair.
• Mia follows Ali to the library when he was about to go to M.A.T.A headquarters, and she gave him a love letter for Viktor at Ali, telling him to deliver it for Viktor. When she left, Ali threw it away.
• Ali realized that the mysterious figure who saved him from Komeng's thug was Alicia when she points out that he is the agent who she saved last night. When the signal rings again, she trick Ali by made him fell, and give a funny face at him when she taunt him like picture in above.
• Badminton scene :
  • Ali's pouty face when he see Alicia and Alicia Smug Smiler.
  • In contrast with Viktor and Mia, who really enjoy having fun with play badminton, Ali and Alicia literally treat this game as Serious Business.
• When they continue their mission to capture Komeng's thug, Ali payback Alicia's trick when they at library by give her a same funny face and surprising her.

MISSION: COMOT

• Shaun and Syed chase Ali when he saved the cat from car crash due. They mistoke Ali is the owner of the cat and thinking he order the cat to stole his belonging and crash it. When they arrive at his house, Mr. Ghazali greet them, which made them choose to stay back and lies at him that they wanted to go with him at evening.
• At Abang Bear secret base, Bakar undercover as Nasi Lemak delivery man to enter the base. Komeng’s thug excited to see him, and Abang bear told to Bakar that he also want ones without Sambal since he can’t stand to eat spicy food.

MISSION: BLUEPRINT

• Comot follow Ali to school by enter his bag, causing many mess like make fell Sashidaran homework and stole his chocolate bar and make a mess a trash bin. Which ended Ali get punishment from Alicia,chased by Sashidaran, and later by Shaun and Syed (who make a paint at school wall without any permission by school) due to he accidentally hit them.
  • Then this followed by Mrs.Munah loudly asking them who vandalished the school wall, chasing three of them.
• Bakar scared offer a cockroach, screaming and go up on the table, which annoyed Jenny very much. After it’s reveal to be fake hidden-camera cockroach, Bakar relieved, which make everyone annoyed.
• When Trez notice Bakar appearance, Bakar tell to him that he searching for his “angel” at Dock, and Trez reply it that his “angel of death” is coming.
• Comot bring Ali his homework at school. When it’s reveal that he forgot to do it, he ended being scold by Mrs.Munah, again.

MISSION: RISE

• Dr. Aaron altering Dr.Tong and Dr.Mala mental state with his Neuro-link by made them acting like toddler. Alicia surprised expression when she see Dr.Tong absolutely hilarious.

MISSION: PROTOCOL GEGAS

• Ali, who still annoyed over Alicia arrogance eventually backfire him. When he partnered with her on science class on "Elephant Toothpaste experiment", he refuse to listen her warning and begin arguing once again. Resulting the chemical create massive foam, and Ali scolded by Mrs. Munah.
• When Ali attempted to asking her after saving her and seeing her crying over her own failure, Ali ended being punched by Alicia.

MISSION: PERFORMANCE

• When General Rama asking the other Agents about Ali's performance, He is annoyed when Comot enter the room and there is no human Agents who accompany her.

MISSION: POTENTIAL

• Before Ali start his training with Agent Rizwan, Ali asking Agent Jenny his whereabouts. Then, Rizwan suddenly come surprised Ali by poke him from his back and scold him for being late.

Season 2

MISSION: RETURN

• Due to his curiosity to know the reason why he temporary banned to enter Academy, Ali decide to figured out by entering the Academy by stole Alicia's ID Stamps. He thinks several idea which all of them will be ended he get punched by her. To add hilarity, one of his plan is to flirt Alicia which cause her furiously punched him several times in anger.
  • His plan eventually made Comot pretend to make a mess in canteen. It worked since Comot successfully take Alica Stamp. But Ali still get punched because he almost made Alicia fell.

MISSION: ROLE

• Before start playing Dodgeball, in order to make Viktor become one of their teammate, Alicia make cute-flirty face to persuade him which annoys Mia so much while Ali and Viktor only see on their confusion face. Then Alicia drop this facade and back to her default personality immediately after see their reaction.

MISSION: LEGACY

• After spend time mocking her opponent by calling them "weak" and "incompetent" while herself never involve any fight and always hide from the other Numeros Agents back, Jenny finally defeated by Alicia with single punch and passed out.Sweet Karma, Cinco!

Season 3

MISSION: POSSIBLE

• Ali was tested on his Tekno skills by hacking a locked door while being shot at by MATA droids and the threat of The Walls Are Closing In. It's rather funny how he gives up hacking the door and just decides to rig a broken droid's blaster arm to blow the door open.

MISSION: BLACK OUT

• There's something darkly comical about the interaction between Aaron and Jenny. When Jenny accidentally surprises Aaron while he is working on developing new Microbugs for Seis and Siete, Aaron scolds her for startling him while he is busy which results in Jenny using a Microbug inside his body to shut his mouth by reminding him of his reason for joining the Numeros. This pretty much makes Jenny look like a demanding Big Sister Bully toward Aaron, or a school girl Alpha Bitch who bossy around him by ordering do what she does without complaint, instead of a new Big Bad of Season 3. Speaking about "girl boss" energy, Jenny definitely has one !
• The way Aaron calms down Seis and Siete before being injected with Microbugs looks similar to how medics try to calm down little children who are afraid of needles before giving them an injection.
  Aaron : (Annoyed) Relax !It'll just sting a little !
  Seis : (Suddenly calm down and relax) For real ?!
  (Microbugs injection suddenly start inject them)
  Seis and Siete : Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

MISSION: TRAP

• The WHOLE episode is mixed with Tear Jerker, heartwarming and a horror of what Cinco pulls to the Agents at Cyberscience building and Cuatro. When waiting and hear for her Intel report about her mission,Cinco seen enjoy drink a cup of Latte in a middle of panic situation at Cyberscience. Which leads fans wonder where did Cinco got the coffee if she actually steal it from Dato' Hisham or maybe she actually buys it near the Cyberscience. Looks like her new job as Big Bad is very exhausted.

MISSION: CHANGE

• When the young agents switch Pillars due to lacking any Inviso members, Khai is dismayed that he and Ali both got Kombat and can't be teammates, again, even during the one time it could be possible. Even funnier, Ali's teammates are Iman, Rizka and Mika, all of which were Kombat but switch to differing pillars. Tough luck, Khai.

MISSION: CAMPING

• Jet proudly calling anyone who missed him and expecting get a hug from his friends, only to end ignored by everyone.
• The Young Agents are quietly disappointed because they are only allowed to go camping behind MATA Headquarters. Special mention to Roza, who is really disappointed about this decision because it was her and Mika's request.
  Roza: (With pout expression)" They called this camping ? "
• Everything during preparing a camp, which also doubles as a Heartwarming Moments:
  • Ali and Chris have trouble for make a tend compare to Roza who has no problem to do it as show that she can built three tend by herself. When Ali and Chris finally succeed, only ended their tend fell down and forced them to built it again.
  • Khai is shown enjoying watching a cartoon with R-O instead of helping his friends. This results in Roza reprimanding him by giving him a Death Glare and telling him to hurry up and help her.
  • Moon scaring Sam while searching for wood for a campfire. When Aleks offers to bring her the log of wood, she ends up falling down because the log is very heavy for her.
  • Comot attempts to steal a fish from Rizka, who stops her action by stabs the fish with her Kerambit and gives a Death Glare to Comot, which results in her running away out of fright. However, this doesn't stop Comot from stealing a food during night time, where she works together R-O to gather the food for herself.

MISSION: STING

• Bakar has developed a new attack formation with the mentors: ''Layered Cake Formation". In the dub it's called the "Rainbow Cake Formation", rainbow cake is Funfetti birthday cake.

MATA Secret Files

• Bakar, running late to a meeting, runs into the Mamak Maju screaming for an order of Maggi with Sunnyside eggs... without the eggs. To outsiders, the codeword is absolutely ridiculous.
  • Apparently, Alicia's uncles perform every, time an Agent is entering HQ.
