Spoilers Off. You have been warned!

Fridge Brilliance

  • Why do Neuro agents' weapons and bullets have a constantly active green glow? They're ranged fighters and it helps them operate their weapons and aim in the dark.
  • Super Agents aren't just those who use IRIS, but those who exhibit the strengths of every pillar. Ali has shown to have the potential to be one as he is strong in combat, has skill in gadgets, has some degree of strategizing ability, and can perform stealth missions. His mother Aliya also excels in all of these.
  • Young agents seem to have their equipment disguised as toys. This makes it easier to hide from their families who may be unaware.
  • It makes perfect sense the first agents to be eliminated in the MATA Arena are Moon, Jet and Bulat
    • Inviso Agents must excel in speed, stealth, and deception. Moon's holograms make her good at deceiving opponents, but it goes against stealth as she is causing a commotion. She also ranked 3rd lowest in a speed test in Misi: Cabar.
    • Neuro Agents must be leaders capable of strategizing. Jet lacks assertiveness as Ali was able to call the shots in Misi:Orientasi despite him supposedly being the leader and doing nothing about it. It's also possible he's not that good at strategising as he briefly panics when Atlas deactivates.
    • Bulat might be good at gadgets, but he's not good at making them effective. It takes time to use his puzzle balls which allows opponents to get the jump on him, eliminating his team's crucial Support Party Member. He also might not be that bright, as his homework for making a gadget for his teammates was a speaker for Mika.
  • Cinco(5) now has the equipment of Ocho(8), 8+5 = 13
  • While Alicia and Ali are closer now and quarrel a lot less, she doesn't choose him to be her teammate in Misi:Buru. It's not that the two don't like each other, but rather Ali doesn't utilize his skills as a Tekno agent often compared to Khai. She also teamed up with Khai and Rudy on multiple occasions making them the most familiar with each other and having the most experience working with one another.
  • All Inviso agents' suits resemble ordinary clothes compared to other pillars which often sport proper armor and combat attire. This falls in line with their theme of stealth, it makes them less noticeable and blends in more. Fridge Logic also kicks in as their suits are often built with stealth abilities such as invisibility, smoke and disguises so they wouldn't even be seen in the first place.
  • Bakar's cover as a janitor, as opposed to the other mentors who are teachers, is actually quite genius. While Karya is able to provide cover for Ali and Alicia to go on missions and attend classes at MATA Academy, he can only do so while at their school, which is likely true for the other mentors. Bakar on the other hand as a janitor can sneak into other facilities without suspicion. It's also easy to get employed as a cleaner due to many establishments not requiring any formal education and few requirements to be hired. Cleaners also don't get very good salary, which further allows Bakar to pose as other workers like deliverymen, and vendors in areas where he is needed.
  • Rizwan was actually training Ali to be an Inviso agent. He'd likely know from Rama that he's not bright and wouldn't work well as a Tekno or Neuro agent; he gets knocked down easily which means Kombat isn't feasible; by deduction, Inviso was the best option. His training consists of a lot of parkour and mobility, along with stealth and infiltration, which is something an Inviso agent would be good at. Lastly, to beat him at sparring all Ali needed to do was lay a single finger on him. Rizwan also utilizes a Finger Poke of Doom, and Inviso agents' weapons require just a light touch to subdue an opponent.
  • Ali getting paired with Mika, Iman and Rizka in "Mission: Change". Ali had just switched to the Kombat pillar and the three girls were previously Kombat agents. They would notice Ali struggles and learn to help him adapt to his new pillar.
  • Ali's Yo-Yo looks a lot like the toys used by children. The upgrade with his mother's tops in Yo-Yo form has it looking more like the professional one used by experts (the string is also disconnected like many professional trick setups), showing his growth and experience.
  • Cinco's death is resemble with real-life queen bee's death. The queen bee will be killed by the worker bees if she no longer useful for the colonies survival. Cinco was the "queen" of Microbugs and her gauntlet is transmitter of the Microbugs is its "nest". Since the transmitter already destroyed, Cinco no longer able to control them or provide them a new host/nest and Microbugs killed her because she no longer useful as their "queen".
  • Ali's yo-yo still worked when the mainframe was hijacked not because he made it himself, he probably just hasn't connected it yet (which may be a security function). Khai had created R-O before he entered MATA, yet it went offline, the same likely goes for Bulat.
  • The Pillar changes in MISSION: CHANGE aren't random and test each of the Young Agents' growth in some way.
    • Leon mentions pillar changes can happen because an ally is fallen and someone has to pick up their role. Zass and Moon are close friends of Iman from Inviso, while Roza is Mika's close friend from Neuro. After they are eliminated, Iman and Mika pick up the Pillars of their fallen friends.
    • Alicia and Ali pick up the Pillars of their uncles. Ali gets Kombat and fights with shields like Bakar, while Alicia gets Inviso and fights with a staff like Rahul.
    • Khai and Kim get pillars to test their alternative fighting styles. Khai gets Kombat, to match his newly acquired offensive style, while Kim gets Neuro as she fights similarly to her rival ace, Alicia.
    • Rizka and Sam get Tekno, the team support to test how well they have changed as people by being the most team-oriented member.

Fridge Horror

  • Rizka injured Chris while charging at him with her karambit. Her karambit and Chris's plasmakris both glow blue just like Uno's Azurium Fumar blade. Just like Rizwan, it's entirely possible Chris could have Azurium poisoning.
  • Rudy loves to eat because he grew up living on scraps and stolen food. Poor kid is starving.
  • In her Dark and Troubled Past, Jenny seems to have got so used to being abused by her orphanage handler because of her small mistake with Kim that she doesn't cry when she is being beaten and punished by the handler.
  • Kim's flashback shows that she has been adopted by several persons before ending up being forced to be adopted into a more harsh orphanage by an unknown person. Her flashback shows Kim with an adult who is given money by her adopter instead of an adoption document. It looks like Kim was a victim of child-trafficking via fake adoption during her childhood.

Fridge Logic

  • Bakar clarifies that Kombat's strong offense isn't as important as their defensive abilities, attacking only to change the tide of the battle. But Tekno Agents are the ones who can put up shields for them and allies. And then, how are agents like Iman, Chris and Rizka supposed to defend their team when they don't have shields or big armor like Mika?
