- What if Mario and Luigi never reverted back to their SMG4 personalities or at least stayed their canon selves for a bit longer?
- How would things play out if Meggy and SMG4 got to keep their temporary IP forms during the events of "If Mario Was In Splatoon 3"? Sure, SMG4 got to keep his, but that's at the arc's conclusion.
- What if Mario had lost or never found the Parody Contract in his hat? Would he find another way to save his friends or would he just give up?

- During the brief period when Mr. Puzzles got his 5 stars, we can see characters like Frankie, Karen and her kids, and Bowser and the Koopalings being sent into a trance and having static over their eyes. Are they experiencing something similar to what SMG4 and the gang went through? Are there other characters not shown that are affected?
