Transformation of Ever After High is a Fan Fic done by author SuperHeroTimeFan, known for being a co-author to Cloud4012 for The Nobody of Ever After High. Partially based off of it, it too is a crossover with Ever After High, but with the Transformers franchise. It started out on May 21st of 2020, and is an ongoing series.

The Synopsis is as follows:

Rowan Twain was considered a failure as the son of Arthur Pendragon. Now, he and his friends, Raven and Maddie, are Throne for a loop when Ever After becomes involved in the war between the Autobots and Decepticons. Now they must find those who are worthy to wield the Power of the Primes to stop a great evil. In order to light their darkest hour, they must fight 'Till All Are One.

The story serves as the first crossover between the two, breaking old trends from other submissions into the franchise. In 2022, it had a crossover with The Nobody of Ever After High known as "Twilight Transformation".

This story provides examples of:

  • Adaptational Badass: Applies to everyone, but Apple becomes the biggest example, even so far as gaining her own Prime Armor power-up.
    • Applies to Raven Queen from The Nobody of Ever After High too, where she is shown to be able to engage in hand-to-hand combat against both Mira and Vernax.
  • Adaptational Heroism: While the Decepticons are still villains, Megatron still shows a sense of Even Evil Has Standards not seen since Transformers: Prime, where his warrior code stands for all Decepticons, clashing with the Organization who assumed they were working with usual villains without morals or a care for honor. Even the slightest show of cowardice or dishonor upsets them all.
  • Adaptation Personality Change: In all media, Starscream is portrayed as a scheming Decepticon who wishes to overthrow Megatron. Here, he is shown as a loyal follower, and is noted to be his apprentice instead.
  • Breaking Old Trends: This story becomes the first in both franchise plots to:
    • Have the focus on an original character plus a canon character equally.
    • Raven willingly signing for Legacy Day.
    • To be partially based on the Nintendo DS Game plot.
    • To include Flip Sides.
    • Apple becoming a Rebel after Thronecoming.
    • A focus on three Primes instead of a single one.
  • Came Back Wrong: How the Nobodies of the Forever After Fighters from The Nobody of Ever After High are portrayed. According to Skex Tech aka Scalpel, each Nobody of a Forever After Fighter is brought back as a Terrorcon and is given a new name. Not too hard of a coincidence, since the author has made Bumblebee and Arcee match their forms/colors for the Rise of the Beasts movie. For an added bonus, Vernax has become Nightbird.
    • Doubles for Dark Ace, who has been taken from before he died and reformatted into a seeker called Redwing, implied to be based on Armada Starscream.
  • Canon Immigrant: Many of the Autobots are described as being from different parts of the franchise. Prowl stands out as being in line with his self from Transformers: Animated, and Optimus is clearly shown to be based off of his movie self (from the first three films).
    • Circuit is seen leading an Autobot army, having first been introduced into the franchise as a redeco of the 2009 version of Lockdown.
    • Nightshade from Transformers: EarthSpark appears as leader of the Omnicons.
      • The Omnicons in general, complete with their task of creating anything from raw Energon. They have already forged all the weapons of the Organization, save for the Keyblades.
  • Composite Character: The new girl in chapter 18, Ilya Reynolds, is confirmed to be a combination character of Verity Carlo from the comics and Longarm/Shockwave, with her transformation into her true form described as similar to Longarm's own transformation.
  • Curb Stomp Cushion: When Sarokus, a new Herald of Unicron, arrives, he makes short work of Larxene, Dark Riku, and Braig, and even shorter work of Xemnas.
  • The Dragon: Plural, in this case. Unicron has ten individuals known as his children, or as Prax prefers, Spawn of Unicron. They are Ambiguously Human, all have horns and masks, and carry out Unicron's will. They are even implied to be eviler than the Organization for their goal in destroying the X-Blade, and dig the wound deeper by openly mocking them.
  • Expy: Ilya Reynolds appears to be based off of Ilya Mao from Beyblade Burst, with Prax seeming to be based on a mix of Pri and Pax from the same series. Art of the former confirms it.
  • Gender Flip: By the end of the nineteenth chapter, Cyclonus is mentioned, and based on the pronoun "she" used, it is implied that this version is a female.
  • I Gave My Word: Shedcusx swears to never attack the school if she and Gardinx are allowed to take away their superiors safely. When they get them, Xemnas, orders for them to go back like how he ordered Even to destroy the Mansion, but is punched in the gut by Shedcusx, using this word for word and making good on the honor code.
  • The Mole: Lemyxod is set up to be one in the Organization for the Decepticons, supposedly to help with the Terrorcon project. Ironically, Even is set as one as well for the Knights, though it is unknown to the Forever After Fighters.
  • My Greatest Failure: Apple believes her attitude was what led to this, with Decepticons attacking the school and Raven almost dying. She becomes more focused on being a Knight of Iacon over a princess like in canon.
