In this fanfiction, SMG1 falls victim to Demonic Possession at the hands of 01-748/Delko. The story focuses on him as he tries to live his life with 01-748, along with dealing with the trouble the demon inside him causes.
The fanfiction has 11 chapters in general, all of them showcasing the shenanigans SMG1 has was 01-748 in his body. Author Altercation Edition, on the other hand, has 7 (8 if you include the warning chapter) chapters.
Possessed provides examples of:
- Accidental Murder: Dale, Delko's father, accidentally killed someone at one point, which is how he ended up in hell.
- Adorable Abomination: Some people may see 01-748 as one.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: In the original version, 01-748 is shown to be a ruthless demon who loves murdering people. In Author Altercation Edition, they seem to be nicer and has no ill intent of hurting people while possessing SMG1, having a mental disorder as a justification for 01-1 existing.
- An Arm and a Leg: In Chapter 4, SMG1 gets his arm blasted off by SMG2, in an act of self defense.
- Big Bad: 01-748/Delko proves to be one, as well as his family members, Mother Ohms, Polka and Belum.
- Big Damn Heroes: Bob, Melony and Tari arrive at the last minute to save SMG4, SMG3 and Mario from being murdered by 01-748 and his family.
- Blowing a Raspberry: Mario and Polka are said to blow raspberries to each other after 01-748 threatened to possess SMG1 again.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: 01-748, 02-2, Polka and Belum challenge SMG4, SMG3 and Mario to a fight. It does not end well for Four, Three and Mario.
- Dark Fic: SMG4 has shown possession before, but very rarely would they show actual blood. This fic doesn't hold back from describing injuries that would result in someone bleeding.
- Darkest Hour: Chapter 10. SMG3 and Mario are unconscious, SMG4 is too weak to move, SMG2 has been possessed by 01-748's mom, SMG1 is undergoing a Heroic BSoD and Four, Three and Mario are about to be finished off by 01-748 and his family. Let's be grateful that Bob, Melony and Tari saved them at the last moment.
- Demonic Possession: The plot of this fanfiction is SMG1 getting possessed. The same thing ends up happening to SMG2 in Chapter 10, as they get possessed by Mother Ohms.
- Disney Death: SMG2 in Chapter 11 has one of these after getting Ohms out of their body. In the original version, SMG1 and SMG2 have this in the 11th chapter.
- Eaten Alive: 01-748's dad, Dale, meets his fate this way.
- Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: 01-748 has a really healthy relationship with Mother Ohms.
- Grand Finale: Chapter 11.
- Group Hug: This happens three times in the story.
- The first time in Chapter 5 after SMG1 explains his situation, where the meme guardians all hug him.
- The second time in Chapter 9, when 01-748 is exorcised out of SMG1's body.
- The third and final time in Chapter 11, where everyone hugs after 01-748 is gone for good and SMG2 (And SMG1 in the original story) recover from their Disney Death.
- Heroic BSoD: SMG1 has one after 01-748 threatens to possess him again.
- It's All My Fault: SMG2 blames themself for shooting SMG1's arm off.
- I'm a Humanitarian: More like a demonitarian. 01-748's dad, Dale, met his fate this way.
- Kill It with Fire: In the final chapter, 01-748 and his family all get burned to death.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": The audience are all described to be terrified over the fact that 01-1 is on stage with two knifes, and the lights in the room had turned red.
- My God, What Have I Done?:
- Tari shows immediate regret after shooting a possessed SMG1 in the torso."...Oh my goodNESS, ONE—!!" Tari shouted, running up to the person she just shot. "I'm— I'm so sorry!! I didn't mean to shoot you!!" She franticly apologized. "That... That zero you carved in my arm DID hurt... but that's not the point!!" She was full on hugging him now.
- SMG2 is mortified after they blasted SMG1's arm off, and the first thing they do when they enter SMG1's hospital room is hug him and apologize for what they had done.
- Tari shows immediate regret after shooting a possessed SMG1 in the torso.
- Nasal Trauma: SMG4 gets slammed on the floor hard enough to make his nose bleed in Chapter 10.
- Oh, Crap!: Happens multiple times.
- The first time is when SMG1 realized that 01-748 was breaking out of their glass container.
- Later, SMG1 has another one of these when he feels 01-748 taking over his body while he was on stage in Chapter 4.
- And another in Chapter 6, where 01-748 possesses SMG1 after he smokes a weed and stabs SMG4. SMG1 has this reaction after 01-748 lets go of his body for the night.
- Yet another in Chapter 9, where 01-1 realizes their being exorcisted and SMG1 has one when he see Ohms', Polka and Belum's eyes in the corner of the basement.
- SMG2 has two in Chapter 10; the first one being moments before Ohms posseses them, and another when they're showing signs of possession.
- Precision F-Strike:
- 01-1 says "...Gah... awh, ff...fuck..." after being shot by Tari.
- SMG1 thinks the word "...SHIT." when he sees 01-748 slowly possessing him in Chapter 3.
- Shut Up, Kirk!: 01-748 shuts up SMG1 by threatening to possess him again in Chapter 10.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: SMG1 gives 01-748 and his family one of these in Chapter 10.
- "...Freaks, you say?" SMG1 started, standing up, and walking towards the log he was once tied to. "Is this coming from the same demon who was making my life a living hell? The same demon who participated in cannibalizing their own father? The same person, who's mother, is clearly possessing my own brother? The only person I have left after the ToyToy kingdom was destroyed? Well, guess what. I'm not gonna lie here and cry anymore. You have truly pissed me off. Pushed me to my limits. And I, SuperMemeGuardian1, will NOT allow any of your games to continue on any further."
- What the Hell, Hero?: In Author Altercation Edition, SMG2 lashes out at Tari for blasting SMG1 in the chest.
- "You could've KILLED HIM, Tari!–" Two snapped. "If you didn't call 911 right away, he would've DIED!" They yelled, hugging at themselves. "I already lost Spudnick, we already lost ToyToy Kingdom, I CAN'T lose One too!"
