Voiced by: Tom Kane
First appearance: "Past Discretions"

Truett Hudson, also known as Professor Thornton or The Professor, is the head of Weapon X, the leader of Team X, and the person who is responsible for the creation of Wolverine.

  • Sinister Shades: He wears a pair of these.
  • Wham Line: Gives this to Wolverine before he leaves with X-23.
Professor: The answers are still frustratingly out of reach, aren't they, James?

    Dr. Abraham Cornelius

Voiced by: Jim Ward
First appearance: "Past Discretions"

Dr. Abraham Cornelius is one of the senior scientists for Weapon X and employed by Professor Thornton. He is assigned with the task of perfecting and using a technique that would bond the indestructible alloy adamantium to the bones of Wolverine.

  • Morally Ambiguous Doctorate: Not elaborated upon, but he still spearheaded a project to painfully graft metallic covering to the bones of innocent mutants and brainwash them into becoming weapons.

    Sabretooth

Sabretooth (Victor Creed)

Voiced by: Peter Lurie Foreign VAs
First appearance: "Past Discretions"

Victor Creed, also known as Sabretooth, is a mutant member of the super soldier program, Weapon X. He was a former partner of Wolverine in Weapon X and like most aspects of Wolverine's past, the details of their falling out are hazy. Sabretooth has the abilities of accelerated healing ability that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his body far beyond the capabilities of an ordinary human. He also possesses vastly enhanced animalistic strength, speed and agility, and razor sharp claws on each hand.

  • Animal-Themed Superbeing: With Sabretoothed cats as the animal in question.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Wolverine, as per usual.
  • Evil Counterpart: As always, he's this to Wolverine.
  • Healing Factor: He has this, but it is less powerful than Wolverine's and still more than sufficient.
  • Jerkass: In addition to being malicious and violent, he is very cruel.
  • Super-Senses: If his tracking skills are anything to go by, his senses might be better than Wolverine's (whose tracking skills are still excellent, of course).
  • Super-Strength: On the low-end of the scale, to be sure, but he is certainly stronger than any normal human.
  • Wolverine Claws: He has his own version of these.

    Maverick

Maverick (Christoph Nord)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/maverick.jpg
Voiced by: Crispin Freeman
First appearance: "Past Discretions"

Christoph Nord, also known as Maverick, is a mutant who has a daughter named Kristie (who was revealed to be also a mutant with geokinesis). He was targetted and abducted by Wolverine and Sabertooth before being captured by Weapon X and brainwashed, the memories of his daughter were removed by Weapon X, and he was turned as an agent. Like Wolverine's problem when being recruited for Weapon X, most of Maverick's memories were permanently erased. Maverick has the abilities of absorbing kinetic energy and redirecting it.

  • Energy Absorption: He has the mutant ability to absorb kinetic energy and convert it into strength.
  • Morality Pet: His daughter, Christy, serves the role as this.
  • Mutant: He is one with the ability to absorb kinetic energy and convert it into strength.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Petra wasn't his daughter in the comics. Here they're parent and child.

    X- 23

X-23 (Laura Kinney)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/x_23_6.jpg
Voiced by: Tara Strong
First appearance: "Stolen Lives"

Laura Kinney, also known as X-23, is a female clone of Wolverine who went through the adamantium bonding process. She has six Adamantium Claws, Healing Factor, and Heightened Senses.

  • Aborted Arc: She still remains in Weapon X's custody due to the series' cancelation.
  • Distaff Counterpart: She is a female clone of Wolverine.
  • Generation Xerox: to Wolverine.
  • Opposite-Sex Clone: As it is tradition with X-23, she's a female clone of Wolverine.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: She had a voiceless cameo in “Stolen Lives”, body-guarding Professor Thorton as he made his escape, and four of her helped Wolverine in the future in the final episodes. Future Logan states that he found them in a Weapon X facility in stasis, but given that that future won't happen, four of her seems unlikely now. So, what happened to her?
  • Wolverine Claws: She is shown to have these, just like her male counterpart.

    Deadpool

Deadpool (Wade Wilson)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_7940.jpeg

Voiced by: Nolan North
First appearance: "Hulk vs"

Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool, has a Healing Factor similar to Wolverine’s. He captured Wolverine when the latter was sent after the Hulk.
