Main Characters

    Ibrahim Helsing
The titular queer protagonist of the series, Ibrahim is the latest in a long, long line of monster hunting van Helsings. Is the current roommate of (the reluctant) Cassandra Cartwright over in the Ticky Tack Estates suburb.

    Cassandra Carwright

The woman who lets Ibrahim rent her spare room after saving her life in 'The Vampyre Apostles''. Though immediately grateful for his help, she would rather have him leave her for good instead of sticking around, due to attracting villains to her house.

Supporting Characters

    Agent Abba Kaatz
"I’m only going to say this once; I represent a secret network command of law enforcement. Section three, to be precise. There are dark forces afoot in Massachusetts and I need the assistance of Ibrahim Helsing in order to save countless lives".

An international man of espionage, Abba Kaatz first appears in The Miskatonic Affair to recruit Ibrahim Helsing for his official UNCLE mission of stopping cultists over at Miskatonic University.

Antagonists

    Mason Frogg
"You see, we vampires belong to a peaceful and sacred religious order called the Ruthvenians. We represent the church of Our Father-In-Darkness and we’re the only religion to have answers about the afterlife. We're leagues above the others because WE ARE THE AFTERLIFE!"

A European vampire of unspecified age representing the Church of Our Father-In Darkness, he and his bride tried to forcibly turn Cassandra Cartwright into a vampire for his harem during the story The Vampyre Apostles. Very quick to anger when things don't go the way he wants them to.

  • Asshole Victim: Gets staked by Cassandra while trying to "flatter" her with a racist remark.
  • Bad Ass Boast: See the quote above.
  • Bad Boss: Doesn't begin to describe Mason Frogg.
  • Composite Character: Mason is a mashup of various Lego vampire minifigures, most notably, Lord Vampyre from Monster Fighters
  • Faux Affably Evil: Mason tried to present himself and his bride as this, but the façade falls apart when they lose their patience towards Cassandra.
  • Classical Movie Vampire
  • Dirty Coward: Mason tries to weasel his way out of danger when he knows he's about to lose, going so far as to pin all the blame on his bride, who had been doing all the work for him.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Defied. He really only cares about himself, no matter how devoted and loyal his bride is.
  • Fangs Are Evil: Goes hand-in-hand with being a vampire.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: Has non-reflective black eyeglasses.
  • Never My Fault: Blames absolutely everything that went wrong on his bride, even his own death.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: Displays casual racism towards Cassandra and has a very sexist and controlling attitude towards his bride that also includes physically and vocally abusing her.
  • Punny Name: A twofold case; Being based on a Lego minifigure, his first name and surname are related to construction. Mason is the name of a worker who does layout work and Frogg is based on the indent of a brick known as a Frog.
  • Unholy Matrimony: Married, but also on the lookout for more wives a harem.

    The Bride
''Don’t you ever dare talk to my Lord like that, you foulmouthed worm!” hissed the bride. “Now mind! your! matters!''

An American vampire, also of unspecified age, who is married to Mason Frogg. The more resourceful of the pair, she is also quicker to violence and lives to please her master (despite her master generally ignoring her contributions).

    Pater Zutter
"Ladies and gentlemen...” said the leader. “Welcome. Welcome to the end of the age of degeneracy and to the rebirth of the western world"

    Frater Felix

  • Book Dumb: Chapter five has him think China is the capital of Thailand.
  • Butt-Monkey: Constantly suffers humiliation during the story, such as getting kicked in the groin by Ibrahim and mocked for being the group's deadweight.
