Main Characters

    Both Bingo & Rolly
  • Badass Adorable: They're both cute puppies that go on incredible adventures.
  • Keets: These two pups have endless energy.

    Bingo

Bingo

Voiced by: Issac Ryan Brown (Season 1-3), EJ Williams (Season 4-5)

A blackish grayish pug with a blue lightning collar who is more mature than his twin brother Rolly. He is the leader of Rolly and himself. Bingo is always ready to go on missions with his brother to help someone in need.

  • Catchphrase:
    • "Rolly, you and I are going on a mission!"
    • "Really?" Used whenever Rolly repeatedly does something that slows down their mission.
    • "Time for Bingo to do his Thing-o!"
  • The Leader: He often takes the lead in the pups' missions.
  • Only Sane Man: He tends to take on this role during mission, being more focused than Rolly.
  • The Perfectionist: In "The Total Yodel", he expresses frustration that he is unable to perform a backwards somersault, or yodel, perfectly the first time.

    Rolly

Rolly

Voiced by: Sam Lavagnino (Season 1-3), Gracen Newton (Season 4-5)

A fawn pug with a red collar with a gold bone on it. He isn't as smart as Bingo but is very silly. He is Bingo's twin brother. Rolly loves to chew on everything he can find and it's a bad habit.

  • Oral Fixation: He really likes to chew on random objects.
  • Prone to Tears: This happened to him exclusively in Season 5.
  • Stout Strength: He is noticeably pudgier then Bingo, but also stronger. All too often, the duo call upon his "Rolly power" to get the job done.
  • Tunnel King: "Pyramid Scheme" shows him digging long tunnels with ease, and even uncovering the buried pyramids in barely any time at all.

    Bob

Bob

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bob_22.jpg

Voiced by: Harland Williams

The owner of Bingo, Rolly, Hissy, and A.R.F. He works as an industrial designer/product designer a.k.a. an "inventor." In Season 2, Bob has also modified the fence between his and Chloe's house, so that Keia can play with Bingo, Rolly, and Hissy and they can all visit each other's homes. In addition, Bob has also made a new collar for Keia, which she wears during missions with Bingo and Rolly.

  • Affectionate Nickname: His sister Bonnie calls him "Bobby".
  • Catchphrase:
    • "Great gears!"
    • "Suffering side orders of seaweed salad!"
  • Gadgeteer Genius: He loves to invent and bulid various gadgets for his pets.
  • Mr. Exposition: In many episodes, he explains to the pups and the audience what's going on.
  • Nice Guy: A very friendly and pleasant fellow, who rarely has a bad word to say about anyone.
  • Happily Married: To Ana, as of the Season 4 finale.

    Hissy

Hissy

Voiced by: Jessica DiCicco
A cynical purple tabby cat who cares for Bingo and Rolly like a big sister. In some episodes, she ends up going along with Bingo and Rolly on their missions. She and Cupcake are the only animals with unnatural fur color.
  • Amazing Technicolor Wildlife: She is a purple cat with a pink tuft of fur on her head.
  • Cats Are Snarkers: For example, in "A.R.F.", Rolly is catapulted into the air, and lands the couch. Hissy's response is "How was your flight?"
  • Cats Hate Water: She is NOT a fan of water and hates getting wet. However in the Season 5 episode "Riding in Ice Cream Trucks with Pups", after getting splashed by Leo, she stated that it feels good on her. At the end of the same episode, she joins with the other pets in the pool stating that cats like to get cooled off.
  • Cool Big Sis: Hissy to Bingo and Rolly. They look up to her, often telling her about their adventures, and she doesn't mind joining on on their games (when she's not sleeping, of course).
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Downplayed. She's not particularly mean or selfish, but she is snarky and prefers to keep to herself. With that said though, she still deeply cares about Bob and the pups.
  • Only Sane Woman: Hissy often keeps the pups' antics in check.
  • Out of Focus: Although she is a main character, she is absent for 27 segments (47%) of Season 2 and 28 segments of Season 3, and only had 11 appearances in Season 4 and 13 appearances in Season 5, as compared to only 4 absences in Season 1. She would get a sizable role again in the final six segments of Season 5.
  • Tuft of Head Fur: Hissy has pink fluff on her head.

A robotic dog that Bob invented. He first appears in the episode "A.R.F." and was updated by Bob in "Go Dog Go." He always refers to himself in third person in every episode with the exception of "Go Dog Go" and "How ARF Got His Bark Back."

  • Do-Anything Robot: He has a number of built-in tools, such as a vacuum, drier, even a sidecar, with Bob adding new features on a regular basis.
  • Fun with Acronyms: Auto-Doggy Robot Friend.
  • Mr. Exposition: He often provides Bingo and Rolly with information regarding the locations they're going to.
  • Third-Person Person: He never uses the word "I", instead always calling himself "A.R.F."

He cannot speak much but only growl and mutter. One exception, however, is where Rufus is able to say "Zeus," the name of the antagonistic dog in "How the Dog Park Was Won" who stole Keia's dog toy in the park and Bingo and Rolly make it their mission to teach Zeus how to share.
