A mysterious figure who seems to know a lot about Li Yunxiang being a reincarnation of Nezha and offers to teach him how to control his powers.
  • Agent Peacock: Even when he's underdressed, he's exceptionally gaudy about it.
  • All for Nothing: He claims recovering the Buddhist Sutras as Sun Wukong greatly disillusioned him because he realized they didn't change a thing in the goings of the world, making him cynical.

  • Carpet of Virility: He's entirely covered in very long red hair.
  • Expressive Mask: He can switch the eyeballs to express a certain emotion.

  • Retired Badass: He’s grown fed up with being a hero, and is content to bum around his lair while occasionally moonlighting as an assassin.
  • That Man Is Dead: Played with. When Ao Guang shows that he knows the masked man is actually the Six-Eared Macaque, he states that the Macaque is dead, killed by Sun Wukong, and he's just a nameless demon. In reality, the Six-Eared Macaque really is dead, and the masked man is actually Sun Wukong himself in disguise.
  • Trickster God: What he's called, and given he can shift his form however he pleases and does what he wants, the description is not far off.

     Su Junchu
Voiced by: Li Shimeng (Mandarin), Nicole Fong (English)
A biker who Li Yunxiang races against at the beginning of the film and is quickly attracted to. It's later revealed she also works as a doctor at a hospital.

  • Damsel out of Distress: In the third act, Caiyun kidnaps and beats her up to mess with Li Yunxiang. This doesn’t last long as she’s able to temporarily trap her and flee her grasp— keep in mind she’s a human going against a heavenly disciple to the Chinese pantheon.
  • Nice Girl: She’s steadfastly compassionate and caring to her patients, staff, and later Yunxiang and his family.
  • Light Is Good: Is dressed in all white in her first appearance and turns out to be a very gentle and good person.
  • The Problem with Fighting Death: She muses that as good a doctor as she is, her patients dying in some way or another is an inevitability, but she believes that the extra time she can win them with their loved ones makes all her efforts worth it.

Donghai Company

  • White Hair, Black Heart: His hair is white as snow, and shortly after he's introduced he murders a cat, making it clear he's not a good person.

     Ao Guang
'Voiced by: Xuan Xiaoming (Mandarin), Andrew Kishino (English)
The reincarnation of the Dragon King of the East Sea and leader of the De Clan. He remembers his past life and how Nezha killed his son, striving to find Nezha's reincarnation each time to kill him in revenge.
  • Abusive Parents: While he brought Ao Bing back to life with the surgery wiping his memories, he clearly doesn't treat him well as he can be seen at multiple points hitting Ao Bing or verbally abusing him. Ao Bing even flinches when his father looks over at him when he accidentally runs into him. When he does recover Ao Bing's corpse, he does look legitimately broken over having to see his son die again.
  • Artificial Limbs: He lost an arm fighting a previous incarnation of Nezha.
  • Dark Is Evil: His wickedness and hatred has mutated his once normal-looking sea dragon self into grotesque serpent made of dark mud.
  • Revenge Before Reason: Forsakes his chance at supreme deification for a chance to kill Nezha again.

     Yaksha

The loyal butler and servant of the De Clan. He acts as Ao Bing's right-hand man and advisor, and in one of his past lives, he personally killed one of Nezha's incarnations.

  • Amphibian Assault: His true form is rather frog-like, with a long tongue and the ability to stick to surfaces.
  • Battle Butler: He's the butler of Ao Guang and Ao Bing and is ready to fight on the frontlines when he's not assisting his master.
  • Fat Bastard: He's rather portly and completely indifferent to the suffering of the common people.
  • Frog Men: The true form of Yaksha is frog-like but still humanoid enough.
  • Gonk: His human form is barely better than his true form.
  • Overly-Long Tongue: Tipped with a cluster of spikes he uses in an attempt to impale Li Yunxiang.
  • Stomach of Holding: He pulls his weapon from his mouth, and given its size, it probably goes all the way down his stomach.
  • The Stoic: He never emotes much in his human form, appearing always calm and collected.

     Caiyun/The Iron-Fanned Princess

A mercenary assassin with an artificial arm hired by the De Clan. She used to be Empress Shiji's disciple before her mistress and her co-disciple Biyun were both killed by Nezha.

  • Combat Hand Fan: Wields one early on which is shredded by Li's fire spear.
  • Dark Action Girl: She's also the only fighting woman in the De Clan (excluding the nameless Jellyfish Woman) and proves a tougher opponent than Yaksha.
  • Dark Is Evil: She mostly wears dark clothes and make-up to go with her black hair.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Li throws his lance at her, stabbing her in the stomach.
  • Revenge by Proxy: Twice over. She wants to kill Li over something Nezha did, and kidnaps and eventually tries to murder Su Junchu just to hurt him.
  • Super-Speed: She moves at incredible speed, leaving yellow afterimages behind as she moves.
  • Ungrateful Bastard: Li Yunxiang asks the Masked Man to spare her life and let her go. She repays the debt by kidnapping Su Junchu and taking her hostage, even trying to murder her just to hurt him.
  • You Killed My Father: She claims she wants revenge against Nezha for murdering her teacher and co-disciple.
