    Aerolynn Altherr
  • Actual Pacifist: Aerolynn's quirk.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Some of her friends call her Aero for short, something she admits she doesn't like.
  • Conveniently an Orphan/Parental Abandonment: Aerolynn was orphaned when her parents abandoned her as a newborn for reasons unknown. Part of the reason for her aim to become a hero is to raise money to help other orphans like her.
  • The Cutie: Most of the characters take note of Aerolynn's cuteness. Mixed with her kindness, there isn't a single person in the class who hates her.
  • Fire-Forged Friends: During the Black Church attack, Aero and Jake became friends after beating Land Mine.
  • Opposites Attract: Aero has two cases of this. The first is her friendship with Jake. She is a tiny mute who tends to be shy and polite, whereas he is a giant who loves to run his mouth and is a jerk to everyone. This trope also can qualify with her relationship with Cleo as Aero can't say a word and Cleo's quirk is entirely sound based.
  • The Silent Bob: Aero sorta falls under this trope due to her quirk. Although she was born a mute, she can still communicate with her quirk.
  • The Speechless: Aero was born a mute.
  • This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman: During one of the exercises for the teens, Alice chooses Aero due to her Quirk being able to power up Alice.

    Alexander Aspida
  • Attack Its Weak Point: As mentioned, he can see an opponent's weakness after staring at them for ten seconds. However, he must maintain that ten seconds as he is not allowed to blink or close his eyes. His opponent's probably won't wait for him to make the first move.
  • Bad Liar: Alexander falls under this trope as he has a difficult time telling a lie and usually stumbles on his words. In the times he does pull it off, he is unable to maintain a straight face for too long.
  • Love Triangle: Fouzia likes Alexander, who likes Maryanne, who likes Alexander back.
  • Magical Eye: The source of Alexander's power comes from his eyes. By looking at an individual for ten seconds, he can see the weakness in their quirks and the best way to fight them.

    Victoria Crown
  • Abusive Parents: Victoria's mother pushes her to be the best and it has led to some issues with her personality.

    Alexander "Lex" Dayton
  • Affectionate Nickname: As established in the story, Alexander likes to go by Lex. We later find out that it was Faith who gave him that nickname because at the time she thought that his name was too long.
  • Bad Luck Charm: While not necessarily the same thing as described in the trope, Lex's Quirk makes him a bad luck charm.
  • Childhood Friends: Lex and Faith have known each other for a long time. We didn't know how long that was, but recently we found out that they've known each other for 7 years.
  • Everyone Can See It: For most people it is obvious that Faith likes Lex and that they would be a good couple. Of course the only person who doesn't see it is Lex.
  • Oblivious to Love: Lex is definitely oblivious to love. Faith is very obviously in love with him, yet it has never been shown that Lex knows this.

    Aurelie Duax
  • Color-Coded Characters: Aurelie and her copies are all different colors of the rainbow and a reflection of her personality. Aurelie is indigo and is the original personality. Adeline is yellow and represents her assertiveness, being sassy, sharp tongued, and rude towards others. Adele is blue and represents Aurelie's sadness, pessimism, and anxiety. Adriana is orange and is the embodiment of her cheerfulness and optimism, usually acting carefree, childish, happy, and hyperactive. Allison is purple and represents her vanity and pride, acting generally condescending towards others. Amelie is green and represents her intelligence, having a vast knowledge of subjects even Aurelie herself doesn't know. Lastly, Alice is red and represents Aurelie's repressed anger and stress.
  • Evil Counterpart: Out of all six of her personalities, Alice is the most violent and considerably the strongest even compared to Aurelie herself. While not completely villainous, she possesses the characteristics of an Anti-Hero. In her youth, she had committed several acts of assault such as breaking a mailman's nose, bashing her babysitter's head in, and even snapping a dog's neck. She did not hesitate to kill a villain who was hired to kill Aurelie and showed no remorse after the fact. Ironically, she comes off as levelheaded and observant, not one to react immediately to her anger but can show visible annoyance to the smallest things, as she is somewhat more tolerant of her classmates, however she tends to ignore and distance herself from them. She also displays Unstoppable Rage for while she doesn't wear her anger on her sleeve, she becomes a monster when pushed to her limits. She also appears to embody a Well-Intentioned Extremist, as most of her violent and at times homicidal actions stem from a desire to protect Aurelie.
  • Hard Light: Her copies appear to be made out of solid light, described as holograms with a physical form. They can show up in pictures and reflections, but not in X-Rays or catscans. They do not possess internal organs and don't bleed. Because of this, they do not feel pain or fatigue. While they do not need to eat, drink, or sleep, they do it more out of pleasure. They do however need oxygen and are capable of asphyxiating despite not having lungs. When they take significant damage, they shatter.
  • Split Personality: Aurelie's quirk allows her to make clones of herself, one for each color of the rainbow. She refers to these clones as her sisters, but they are actually more like different personalities for her. When not using her quirk, she appears to switch to different personalities at random times, her hair and eyes changing color when it happens.
  • Spoiled Sweet: Aurelie's family is incredibly wealthy. Despite this, she is quite humble and not the type to brag or look for a reason to bring it up.

    Mathew Freeman
  • Domestic Abuse: In his and Sarah's relationship, Matt is constantly abusing Sarah physically. Recently Matt has stepped into emotional abuse in a bit that has gone way too far by hiring an actor to pretend to be Sarah's father who she has never met in her life.
  • Elemental Powers: Matthew's Quirk allows him to attack with the elements, but he first has to say some version of the word for the element he wants to use. Sarah eventually uses that drawback against him to beat him in a fight.
  • Luke, I Am Your Father: In chapter 34 of the story, it is revealed that Matthew isn't actually the son of the number 2 Hero, Captain Union, but instead of the main villain Cyrus. Too bad Matt is already dead, so he doesn't know.

    Jarret Han
  • Cowardly Lion: Despite being one of the best in the class, Jarret seems to have fear such as when he ran away during the fight with Orion.

    Jake Hyde
  • Big Eater: Jake's entire Quirk revolves around eating to gain muscle mass, so he eats a lot especially because he doesn't want others to see what he looks like without the muscles as he was previously bullied before finding his quirk.
  • Fire-Forged Friends: During the Black Church attack, Aero and Jake became friends after beating Land Mine.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: At the beginning of the series Jake is shown to be a massive jerk and while that doesn't change, through his interactions with Aerolynn, you can tell that he does have a heart of gold.
  • Opposites Attract: Aero and Jake's friendship is an example of this. She is a tiny mute who tends to be shy and polite, whereas he is a giant who loves to run his mouth and is a jerk to everyone.

    Maryanne Isla
  • Love Triangle: Fouzia likes Alexander, who likes Maryanne, who likes Alexander back.
  • Making a Splash: Maryanne's entire quirk is water-based, so it is her main form of attack.

    Cleo Mc Scream
  • Opposites Attract: Because of her quirk, Cleo is the opposite of Aero from the perspective of their voices. The two of them are seemingly a couple by chapter 31.
  • Super-Scream: Cleo has the ability to scream with devastating effects.

    Amanda Morningstar
  • Sadist Teacher: Amanda is from the outset of the series looked like she was going to be a great teacher, but since then it has been shown time and again that she doesn't care about the students. She wants them to suffer so that they become mindless drones for her to control.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Amanda has shown a lot recently that she doesn't care for the kids, from the Black Church episode to Jarrett's encounter with a monster.

    Kevin Odeymi
  • Power Incontinence: Kevin's quirk turns him into a bloodthirsty monster even though he doesn't want to be. He has no control, in fact, his quirk controls him more than he controls it as shown in the arena with his battle against Aerolynn. He wanted to forfeit so as to not hurt her, but he couldn't.

    Kaleb Rexavi
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Kaleb is well known for his kind nature and overall inability to hold a lasting grudge. However, anyone who does find themselves on his bad side will be met with a devastating punch to the face or in the worst case, have something big thrown at them. After Hunter betrays him and everyone, as well as nearly gets them all killed, Kaleb shows intense anger that unnerves most of his friends at the mere mention of his name. It's the only surefire way to get him to stop smiling.
  • Building Swing: Kaleb's primary method of getting around using his ability to shoot webbing from his hands, in a homage to Spider-Man.
  • Dumb Muscle: Kaleb is the strongest member of his class on terms of physical ability. However, his intelligence comes off to others as simple and oafish. He is incredibly straightforward and openly dislikes the complex drama of his class due to his classmates keeping secrets from one another and him. He is brutally and at times, shamefully honest about himself and prefers to stay an open book.
  • Fantastic Racism: Kaleb is a mutant, the only one among his classmates. Born with six arms and four eyes, as well as being African American, most people become uncomfortable around him and perceive him as a brute at first glance, with some telling him that his appearance alone doesn't qualify him to be a hero. Kaleb isn't blind to how people look at him and understands the concept fully and at times shows insecurity about it. However, he was always raised to never let words weigh and define him. He fully accepts himself, showing a Heroic Resolve and never looking away from his dream.
  • First Friend: Kaleb is Lex's first male friend, as well as the first friend he himself ever made. Despite having two completely opposite personalities' and interests, the two have an remarkably close bond akin to brothers. His parents even treat Lex warmly like their own son.
  • Fun Personified: Kaleb was literally born in a circus throughout his life, and genuinely enjoys bringing laughter and smiles to others. He's always quick to try to brighten a room or cheer up a classmate who's down.
  • Gentle Giant: At almost seven feet, about two meters, Kaleb is described as one of the tallest kids in the class. He's also one of the kindest.
  • Good Is Not Soft: Despite his gentle and careful nature, he is aware of when to take a fight seriously and will not hesitate to protect himself and others through force.
  • Heroic Build/Muscles Are Meaningful: For a fifteen-year-old, Kaleb has an intimidating and hulking stature, and has an impulsive need to work out or do some form of physical labor, even bench-pressing his roommate's bed while he's asleep. Part of this is due to how his power requires him to stay in constant shape in order to minimize risk and harm to his own body.
  • Little Bit Beastly: Kaleb falls under this trope due to his extra pair of arms and eyes. His quirk is a hybrid mutant type that gives him the abilities of a spider and a monkey.
  • Made of Iron: Another extension of his physical being, Kaleb appears to possess an abnormal durability and pain tolerance, being able to shrug off injuries that would normally incapacitate or even kill normal people. He was able to shrug off being sent flying and crashing into a concrete wall and have rubble collapse on him, suffer a minor brain hemorrhage, being bitten and drained of blood by Kevin, and even survive a special poison designed to kill him and wake up with only a flu.
  • Wide-Eyed Idealist: Kaleb's dream is to become a hero that supports the rights of mutants and those whose bodies were changed on account of their quirks, as well as a beacon of hope for all others. He also demonstrates unyielding faith in his friends despite the constant infighting between them as he believes that even when they're at each other's throats, they will come together in times of crisis.
  • Would Hit a Girl: While not physically abusive and respectful of women, he has shown on occasion that he won't hesitate to attack a female depending on the circumstances. The first was when he attempted to fight back against Scarlett Overkill, a female villain who was incredibly dangerous. The second was when he one hit KO'd Victoria Crown during a training exercise.

    Faith Ritter
  • Childhood Friends: Lex and Faith have known each other for a long time. We didn't know how long that was, but recently we found out that they've known each other for 7 years.
  • Everyone Can See It: For most people, it is obvious that Faith likes Lex and that they would be a good couple.

    Hunter Sato
  • The Mole: At the end of chapter 27 it is revealed that Hunter is working for the villain Cyrus.

    Sarah Smith
  • Abusive Parents: Sarah's mother pushed her to become the bitch that she is and her father has never seen her before.
  • Birthday Party Goes Wrong: During one of the flashbacks to her youth, it is shown that Sarah had a birthday where no one, not even her father, showed up.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: For Sarah this trope, is more accurately Bitch with a Heart of Gold. She is a bitch. Scratch that, she the bitch. But through some of her interactions, you can tell that she does care about others.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Sarah gives one of these to Matt in chapter 24 after about a dozen chapters of being abused by him. She tears into him with no remorse.
  • Teen Pregnancy: After the events of homecoming, Sarah finds out that she is pregnant with Matt's child. While she initially plans to get an abortion, she fails to follow through and decides to keep it. Much later on, she visits the obstetrician and finds out that she's having twins.

    Fouzia Zambiea
  • Ambiguously Related: Early on it is shown that Fouzia and Mrs. Zambiea share the same last name. However, it hasn't been shown yet how they are related in the story.
  • Love Triangle: Fouzia likes Alexander, who likes Maryanne, who likes Alexander back.
  • Playing with Fire: Fouzia's quirk allows her to shoot spirals of fire out of her palm.

    Sara Zambiea
  • Ambiguously Related: Early on it is shown that Fouzia and Mrs. Zambiea share the same last name. However, it hasn't been shown yet how they are related in the story.
  • Badass Teacher: Mrs. Zambiea is definitely a badass. For starters she was prepared to take on Kevin when he was sucking on Aerolynn's blood like it was a juice box. She also has repeatedly stood up to Amanda, you know, her boss, for her sadistic behavior. She has done this despite the possibility of being fired.
