The mother of Ayaka and Miharu.- Parental Favoritism/Neglect: Blatantly favours her younger daughter at the expense of her elder.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Her neglect causes Ayaka to stage a kidnapping and then perform a Phase 2 contract with the Kong Deadman.
Miharu Oketani

The daughter of Taeko and younger sister of Ayaka. She is an idol who is part of the idol group Koakuma Rendez-Vous.- Idol Singer: Her occupation.
Namio Yoshida
Portrayed by: Yuya Matsura
A criminal who kidnapped Ayaka and Sakura, holding the former for ransom.- Hired Guns: Was hired by the Deadmans to do the kidnapping.
- Red Herring: Was thought to be the Host for the Kong Deadman.

A president of a "black company" that Bon goes after.- Corrupt Corporate Executive: Given that he is an owner of a sweatshop, he most definitely counts as this.
- No Name Given: He's simply known by his title.
Yōsuke Okuda
Portrayed by: Ryo Tsukamoto
The former classmate and best friend of the student Go Tamaki, who would later become Julio of Deadmans.- Character Death: He is turned into a Gifftarian by Olteca, which kills him.
- Last Words: Before he is consumed by the Gifftarian:"Smile..."
- Sacrificial Lamb: His death shows how increasingly dangerous the Deadmans has become thanks to Olteca, and becomes the major catalyst for Julio's Riot Form.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Granted, he was pressured by bullies, but being forced to tear up Tamaki's trading card resulted in Go Tamaki becoming an Gifftex, not to mention he indirectly played a role in his own death by being used as bait by Olteca to turn him into a Gifftarian.
- Walking Spoiler: It's nigh-impossible to talk about Julio's Riot Form and his return to being human without mentioning Yosuke's death.
Koji "Jiko" Ikeda

Ikki's former teammate on the football team, now working as a neophyte voice actor.- Career-Ending Injury: Suffered a lower leg injury that prematurely ended his football career due to Ikki accidentally kicking him in the shin during a scrimmage.
