Closet Key: For Sakura, hilariously.
I Want My Beloved to Be Happy: She sets aside her feelings for Sakura when the latter lets slip she's falling for Watanuki. Later turns into a Shipper on Deck for them.

Irony: She's the only member of the cast in an Umineko-themed game who's actually from Umineko, and she's the first to die.

Back from the Dead: Kurama's murder of Clear was to bring Karen back. She's resurrected at the end of his trial.
Clark Kenting: Since she becomes Cure Aqua in front of everyone in trials, this would seem not to apply... except that Gebura knows her from backstory, where it did, and it still works on her during the first trial.
Closest Thing We Got: To a doctor, with Erhard dead, as she realizes a few hours after being brought back.
Fall Guy: She's falsely executed as the first culprit.
Foil: Accidentally became one to Nirrti. She's a young magic-using girl with absent parents who was executed for something she never did, but she's much more forgiving.

Back from the Dead: Anon's murder of Sherlock was to bring Natsuno back. He's resurrected at the end of his trial.

Cool and Unusual Punishment: For needlessly scaring her about him disappearing, she threatens to cut off Moriarty from her cooking.
Meaningful Rename: Near the end of the game, she decides to discard her surname with its traumatic memories, and begins going by "Sakura Zenjou," using her mother's maiden name.
Mirror Character: To Nirrti. They both experienced great trauma, obtained massive magic power, and then promptly turned murderous and vengeful on those who wronged them, killing innocent people in the process. Nirrti even refers to Sakura as "someone who almost became a Witch." In Sakura's case, however, she never fully went down that path.
Second Love: Mutually, with Watanuki. Sakura acknowledges that she'll always deeply love Shirou, but she's reached a point in her life where she can't return home.

An Arm and a Leg: Watanuki uses a Command Seal when he feels Sherlock dying, but Sherlock's arm gets stuck in a trap, leaving it to rip off as he teleported.
Back from the Dead: Erhard's murder of Emi was to bring Sherlock back. He's resurrected at the end of his trial.
Not So Above It All: One of the more level-headed of the cast...and not immune to getting into petty fights with Moriarty.

Witches and Furniture

Back from the Dead: Shadow kills him on week 2, but he reemerges as his Witch self shortly after.
Big Good: For most of the game, he functions as the NPC who assists the characters, opposing Nirrti.
Missing Mom: He viewed Yuuko as more or less his mother figure, and he relentlessly searches for a way to bring her back.
Second Love: Mutually, with Sakura. Though they're long dead, he deeply loved Himawari and Doumeki.

Burn the Witch!: As a human, she was burnt at the stake for alleged witchcraft, which caused her eventual descent into evil.
Meaningful Rename: A major part of the game's ending stages is finding Nirrti's human name and giving it back to her. It's Kanval. She starts using it again during endgame.

Vinea, Valefar, Caim, Caarcrinolaas, Buer, Shass, and Amy are demons summoned by Nirrti using the bodies of the dead as vessels.

Aerith and Bob: Their names all come from the same source, but Amy sticks out nevertheless.
Ambiguously Evil: While they're all loyal to Nirrti, for most of them that doesn't extend to being malicious toward the living characters.
Demonic Possession/Possessing a Dead Body: Demons summoned into the bodies of the dead.
Go-Karting with Bowser: The demons regularly show up to hang out when the living characters are gathering.
Last Episode, New Character: An "episode" is hard to define in this context, but Buer, Shass, and Amy were only around for the last week, and only part of that.
Public Domain Character: All of them have names and abilities derived from the Ars Goetia.
Token Evil Teammate: Caarcrinolaas.
