Halloweenie
- Character Catchphrase: Spoooooooky!
- Curse Cut Short: It's a running gag that his STUPID IDIOT- wonderful manager cuts him off when he gets too angry.
- Depraved Kids' Show Host: He is sociopathic, swears all the time (though it's constantly edited out), and seems to have nothing but contempt for his audience.
- Dem Bones: Subverted. He has a giant skull for a head, but he can't do much with his USELESS FAKE- real hands.
- He-Man Woman Hater: He also doesn't seem to like women very much.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Sounds like Peter Lorre.
- Skull for a Head: His head is a giant skull. He stated earlier it was a mask, but weirdly enough, he has been shown to keep wearing it even outside of his show.
- Vitriolic Best Buds: With Pumpkinweenie. Despite their animosity towards each other, he does seem to value Pumpkinweenie's presence.
Pumpkinweenie
Halloweenie's co-host, added in Season 2.
- The Ace: Especially in Season 2, where it's clear that Pumpkinweenie is the more popular of the two in-universe.
- Animate Inanimate Object: He's a talking pumpkin with sunglasses.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Sounds like Gilbert Gottfried.
- Spotlight-Stealing Squad: In-universe in season 2, where he was added to spruce up Halloweenie's show.
Skullaweenie
Halloweenie's (temporary) replacement, added in Season 3.
- Never Found the Body
- Ultimately subverted. In season 5, Halloweenie admits he had no idea where he was going with that.
Jason Jefferies
Halloweenie's manager. Previously voiceless, but appears on-camera in Season 5.
- Bad Boss: He makes no secret about how much he hates Halloweenie. Sure, he may have a point about how much of a jerk Halloweenie is, but he also admits to deliberately trolling him.
- The Ghost: Subverted in Season 5.
- Remember the New Guy?: Downplayed. It's implied that he's the guy Halloweenie was yelling at in seasons 1-4, though season 5 marked his first on-camera appearance.
- Suddenly Voiced: Makes his first voiced, on-screen appearance in Season 5.
