Main Characters

    open/close all folders
     Ben
The first of the three Author Avatars of the main group, Ben Shigura (or TheAstuteDevil, as he is known on Deviantart) is the fifth character to be introduced in the first chapter alongside Chris and Enrico.

     Enrico
The second of the three Author Avatars of the main group, Enrico/Ennio Aquilla Azkalero (or Enriks-Da-Writer, as he is known online) is the sixth character to be introduced in the first chapter alongside Chris and Ben.
  • Author Avatar: As mentioned before, Enrico is the self-insert original character of one of the authors, in this case for Enriks-Da-Writer.
  • Knight in Sour Armor: He may not have the boundless optimism of Ben and Chris but he still wishes to do good.
  • Not So Above It All: Enrico may be a Straight Man to the antics of his friends but he's not above getting into his own hilarious shenanigans from time to time.

     Chris
The third and final of the three Author Avatars of the main group, Christian "Chris" Alexander Wright, also known as Caw by his friends (or Caw-zrs6, as he is known online) is the seventh and final character to be introduced in the first chapter alongside Ben and Enrico.
  • Author Avatar: As mentioned before, Chris is the self-insert original character of one of the authors, in this case for Caw-zrs6.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Chris may be eccentric, but he is also a master Yu-Gi-Oh player.
  • Cloud Cuckoo Lander: Chris can be rather crazy at times and is almost always cracking jokes or making light of a bad situation with his wit.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: He doesn't get angry very often, but when he does...WATCH OUT.

     Ed
The first of the three Eds, Edwin Horace Alba, or Ed for short, is the lovable, astoundingly strong, kindhearted doofus who serves as the muscle of the trio.
  • Cloud Cuckoo Lander: It wouldn't be Ed if he wasn't blurting out non-sequiturs and doing just the most random stuff imaginable.
  • Nice Guy: He's an all-around sweetheart who is always happy to make new friends.

     Edd
The second of the three Eds, Eddward Marion Skyrise, or Double-D as his friends tend to call him, is the brains of the trio.
  • Nice Guy: He's a very empathetic and kind soul, always looking out for others and willing to help in any way he can.
  • Polyamory: Ends up in a relationship with Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, and Flash Sentry.

     Eddy
The third and final member of the three Eds, Eddy Skipper McGee is the self-styled leader of the three and would often create scams of various kinds in order to make a quick quarter off of his fellow kids of the Cul-de-Sac, the majority of which would all end in catastrophic failure. Since the events of Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show though, he has since ceased this behavior of his and is now a loved and respected member of his neighborhood.
  • Chubby Chaser: When he meets the Debufuto Sisters, he is instantly smitten with them, clarifying that big girls need love too.
  • Reformed, but Not Tamed: He may no longer be trying to emulate his brother and is trying to make friends the honest way, but that doesn't mean he hasn't stopped his scamming ways.

     Rolf
The Son of a Shepherd, Rolf Yvorik was among one of the four people in the Cul-de-Sac to receive a letter from Azeasany alongside the Eds.
  • Funny Foreigner: Basically the same lovable farm boy with bizarre customs as he is in his home series.

Friends and Allies

    In General
The various other characters that our main seven have encountered throughout their journey.
  • Author Avatar: A number of these characters are self-inserts of other people, the majority of which are friends of the main authors.

     Rina
Full name Rina Maria Corzin, she is one of the first new faces that the gang meets during their first couple of days at Azeasany.
  • Author Avatar: As is the case with Ben, Enrico and Chris, she is a self-insert original character, her being one of Corzin443 (or Rina12 as she is known on some sites).
  • Will They or Won't They?: Not so much the characters Ben and Rina, but more so the inspirations of them. Here they may already be a couple, but this has yet to be determined irl.

     Kirbi

A cute chubby girl who befriends Ed along with her girlfriend Adeline and their surrogate children, The Company.

     Kojin
A young African-American that Chris encountered during his stroll in the Duelist section of Azeasany, Kojin, alongside Rina, is one of the first new people the gang meets during their time at the school.
  • Amazon Chaser: Kojin is attracted to muscular women and Action Girls, and when he meets Noi, he is absolutely smitten with her.
  • Black and Nerdy: Kojin is an African-American who is skilled at Duel Monsters.
  • Has a Type: As Noi discovers, Kojin has a preference for women who are muscular.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: Kojin (故人) translates to "the deceased" in Japanese. However, it can also mean "old friend".
  • Tiny Guy, Huge Girl: Kojin, a 5'6/167 cm man, is dating Noi, who is taller than him at 6'10/208 cm, making her 16 inches/40 cm taller (1&1/3 feet!). Add to that the fact that Noi is a wall of solid muscle, and Kojin is absolutely dwarfed by her.

     Gamma
The robotic daughter of Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, and Double-D and by extension, the daughter of Flash Sentry as well.
  • Lethal Chef: Is just as bad as her mother Twilight in this regard. And yet somehow, Eldritch likes it.
  • Magitek: She was created with both magic and technology and thus has access to both mediums. She can even access the internet.
  • Original Character: One of the OCs owned by Crydius and who originates from EQG Crossover.
  • Robot Girl: More like Magitek Android Girl, but it counts.

     Eldritch
The "offspring" of Crydius Cromwell and Tempest Shadow. A homunculus possessing four different personalities, his creation was inspired by Gamma and was intended for a purpose that as of yet is unknown. Unfortunately for Crydius, the ritual he used, which included gaining the blessings of Four Great Gods of Chaos, resulted in a rather... quirky, creation, to say the least. Despite his talk of wanting to cause evil and chaos, Eldritch is nothing but an absolute sweetheart, bringing no shortage of confusion to his creator as to what went wrong. However, Eldritch isn't the only being within his body, as residing within it are three other distinct personalities, each one being a manifestation of the Chaos Gods; Ardent, Feral, and Sagacious, with Crydius taking special interest in the latter.
See here for tropes applying to Eldritch and his personalities.

Villains

     In General
The main antagonists of Dreamworld Paradox and its various arcs.

     Velhallen Beo

Art by Elimmc
The Big Bad of Dreamworld Paradox, Velhallen Beo is the embodiment of evil, an entity of darkness who wishes to spread chaos, misery and despair across the entire multiverse.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: Beo is absolutely flummoxed how his sons could care so much about the 'pitiful little poppets' that they'd forsake their titles as his children to live amongst them.
  • Luke, I Am Your Father: He is the biological father of both Ben and Crydius, who were thankfully taken from him and raised by a pair of Mage Brothers on the behest of their dying mother.
  • Rape Is a Special Kind of Evil: What he pretty much did to Ben and Crydius' biological mother and what he's probably done to countless more, either by himself or through his many demonic monstrosities. He also heavily implies planning on raping Twilight's mother, Twilight Velvet.
