"Next! Peaky P-key, the stage is ours!"
Yoba Academy's most popular DJ unit formed by its finest students. It was formed by Kyoko Yamate when its members were still in middle school. They consist of Kyoko on lead vocals, Shinobu as DJ, Yuka as VJ and chorus, and Esora on chorus. Stoic and confident, they pursue a mastery of music through practice and refinement of their abilities. Their genre consists of techno, rap, and eurobeat. General
- The Ace: They are considered to be the best unit at Yoba Academy, and one of the most talented in-universe overall.
- Color-Coded Characters: The unit is associated as a group with black, but sometimes gold, orange, or grey.

- Famed In-Story: They are well known throughout Yoba Academy for their performances.

- Meaningful Name: Their name originates from Shinobu's comment that Kyoko's music tracks were very 'peaky'.

Kyoko is the charismatic leader of Peaky P-key. She comes from a musical family and has a natural talent for music, yet she continues to strive to improve her performances. She finds herself strangely attracted to Happy Around!'s performances.
- Ascended Fangirl: She started out as a fan of Shinobu's music, before meeting her in person and forming a unit.
- Nice Girl: She is very friendly to to the other members of Peaky P-Key, is quick to befriend Rinku and is very supportive of Happy Around!.
- Ship Tease: With Shinobu. It's implied Kyoko's had feelings for the other girl since middle school.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Hamburgers are to her what onigiri and donuts are to Rinku.
- Vitriolic Best Buds: With Shinobu. The two bicker a lot, especially when it comes to talking about music, but it's clear they're attached at the hip in spite of it.

Shinobu is the DJ and strategist of Peaky P-key. She and Kyoko are old friends who trust each other very strongly. A skilled DJ, Shinobu also excels at remixing and producing tracks. She's also rather well-known in the world of online gaming, which is her hobby. She is a picky eater with child-like tastes. Though arrogant, Shinobu has the most common sense in her unit. She is the granddaughter of Dennojo Inuyose, a former member of the disbanded DJ unit L.M.O.
- The Ace: She's an extremely talented DJ and trackmaker, has won Yoba Academy's remix contest multiple times, and has even made a name for herself in online gaming.
- Always Someone Better: The second "Road to D4 Fes" story in Groovy Mix has her grappling with her competitive feelings towards Toka Takao after the previous D4 Fes, with her anxiety forcing her into a creative slump for the first half of the story.
- Debt Detester: She says she doesn't make debts for herself when offering Maho a drink as thanks in "Dear Friend".
- Gamer Chick: When she's not making fire mixes, she mows down scrubs on online games.
- Generation Xerox: Her grandfather Dennojo is a famous DJ who was once part of the legendary unit L.M.O., and she even uses his studio for her own work.
- Picky Eater: She hates vegetables, and has a diet much like that of a child. In "Because it's Cold", she gets teased for her distaste for bell peppers in particular, as bell peppers are a Stock "Yuck!" for children in Japan.
- Ship Tease: With Kyoko. The two have an extremely close bond, and are often seen together. Shinobu also becomes jealous after finding out Kyoko went out with Rei on her birthday.

Yuka is the life and soul of Peaky P-key. While searching for the "greatest moment" to capture on camera, she met Kyoko and decided to join the unit as its VJ. Raised by parents who work as gym trainers, Yuka is cheerful and kind to everyone.
- Amazonian Beauty: She's ripped and constantly posts pictures of her abs on social media, calling them "ab-dates".
- Commonality Connection: She is friends with Ibuki and Dalia because they are all fitness enthusiasts and like dancing.
- Cool Shades: Often shown with a pair of sunglasses on top of her head, however she's never shown wearing them properly.
- Gratuitous English: In Groovy Mix, several of her menu lines are in English with Japanese enunciation.
- Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: Has blonde hair and is kind to everyone.
- Intentional Engrish for Funny: She is not very good at speaking English, despite having American heritage. This becomes a plot point in one of the events in Groovy Mix where she has to learn how to sing Amazing Grace in English.
- Nice Girl: She loves cheering people on and is nice to everyone.

Esora is a backup dancer and vocalist for the unit Peaky P-key, as well as its (self-proclaimed) "lovely member". A natural born entertainer, she joined the unit to entertain people. She was born into a wealthy family and is willing to spend her own fortune to achieve this goal. Esora is also skilled at getting people to let their guards down and say what they really think.
- Childhood Friends: With Rei, who she took piano lessons with, and the members of Lyrical Lily, with whom she attended elementary school.
- Curtains Match the Window: Has green hair and green eyes.
- Hand Puppet: She is the puppeteer for "Esoran", a frog puppet who hosts online videos with Jenny explaining the basics of DJing.
- Hates Being Alone: She struggles with loneliness, and she particularly dislikes eating meals alone.
- Lonely Rich Kid: In the event story "Loneliness in My Heart", it's revealed she's struggled a lot with loneliness since her parents are often too busy to spend time with her; it's not helped by Esora's habit of putting on a brave face for them out of fear of bothering them. Shinobu ends up having to call her parents out in order to get them to realize they've been unwittingly putting their relationship with Esora on the backburner.
- Non-Idle Rich: Her family owns a consulting firm and are very rich, and she uses her wealth to fund Peaky P-key's shows. In All Mix, she helps to pay for equipment when Photon Maiden and Lyrical Lily do a joint live, as well as using the family company to help arrange the policy changes at ALTER EGO.
- Ship Tease: With Rei. The two have been friends for a long time, and give each other birthday gifts every year. She becomes noticeably jealous when she finds out Kyoko went out with Rei for her birthday.
