A shy but sweet cookie who is embarrassed about the fact that she's not actually made of real strawberries. She carries a strawberry lollipop, which she can even use as a means of self-defense at times, and is the only Cookie who is a consistent ally and friend of GingerBrave in all of the current Cookie Run games to date. Her alter-ego in Cookie Wars is Wild Strawberry Cookie.
In LINE Cookie Run, she spends more time in Bonus Time than other Cookies, with upgrades increasing the extra time. This is changed in Ovenbreak; there, she collects Strawberry Jellies that are worth more points than normal Jellies.
In Kingdom, Strawberry Cookie is a Defense Cookie placed at the front, and her skill is called Don’t Come Near!. Strawberry Cookie pulls out her lollipop and starts swinging it around, damaging nearby enemies.
- Action Girl: Scared as she is, spin-off games that have fighting mechanics show that enemies should be more scared of this shy Cookie as she Carry a Big Stick in a form of huge sticky-pop!
- Adaptational Wimp: Not in terms of gameplay, but rank: she's a Common cookie in Ovenbreak, like GingerBrave and GingerBright.
- Adaptation Name Change: In her very first appearance, back in OvenBreak 2, she was called "GingerBerry".

- Cute Kitten: Her Cheshire Cat inspired costume, Kitty Punk, is commented on being adorable even in-universe.Outfit Story: If only she realized how much other Cookies adored her!
- A Day in the Limelight: The Kingdom storyline Halloween Masquerade is focused on her gaining the courage to join in on the festivities thanks to Pumpkin Pie Cookie.
- Edible Bludgeon: Her weapon is a large pink lollipop that she uses like a mace.
- Gamer Chick: She's into video games, given her pet and some of her loading comments.
- Hidden Depths: She admires DJ Cookie and the type of music they play. In the Halloween Masquerade storyline of Kingdom, she reveals that she can cook (but mostly for herself)
- I Just Want to Have Friends: Most of her Loading Messages are about how she wants to befriend the player and other Cookies, but being too shy to do so.
- Out of Focus: She doesn't appear during World 17 in Kingdom with Black Raisin taking her place.
- Pink Is Feminine: Since she’s made of strawberry (essence), her outfit has pink as the domain color.
- Shrinking Violet: Painfully shy and self-conscious is Strawberry’s personality.

- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Outside of his appearances in LINE/Kakao Cookie Run and the Korean-exclusive Munjil Munjil, Buttercream Choco Cookie has been absent in every Cookie Run game since 2016. Buttercream Choco Cookie was supposed to be a unit in Cookie Run: Kingdom, but was scrapped.
- Doting Parent: To Cheesecake Cookie. He even stated that his child is more precious than his money.
- Uncle Pennybags: Has the vibe of a jolly middle age man with plenty of coins in his pocket. Four out of six Loading Messages of his have the word "Coins" in it, even.Buttercream Choco Cookie: If you need Coins, just let me know.

Don't be fooled by her age; Cream Cookie can keep up with the youngsters relatively well! Aside from her running expertise despite her arthritis, Cream Cookie aided GingerBrave and his friends in stopping the Jelly Walker Menace in Cookie Wars and might even be a school professor who taught Alchemist Cookie a long time ago! Cream Cookie is living proof that age does not matter! note

- The Bus Came Back: After being absent for a long time since Cookie Wars, Cream Cookie makes a surprise return appearance in Cookie Run: Kingdom during the wraparound story of the Mint Choco Cookie's Winter Concert Event
◊, being present in a scene where Cocoa Cookie helps her out in getting to the Tree Of Wishes while in the middle of trying to get to the eponymous concert.
- Eyes Out of Sight: She was the first Cookie to have her eyes completely hidden, the others being Cloud Cookie and Boarder Cookie.
- Handicapped Badass: Is able to keep up with Cookies many years younger than her, despite having advanced arthritis.
- Never Mess with Granny: She’s certainly no pushover, that’s for certain.
- Schoolteachers: Based on three of Alchemist Cookie's School President loading quotes, she might've been this. Because her title is Professor, it’s implied she teaches college students.
