The Kelley Family

    Ian Kelley
Voiced by: Richard Ian Cox

  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Tyrone.
  • It's All About Me: Downplayed. While Ian still cares about his friends and family and is willing to help out, he has his moments where he thinks very highly of himself. This is especially shown in some of his imagine spots.
  • Mr. Imagination: He's shown to be very imaginative and daydream a lot, with his Imagine Spots often being parodies of famous movies.

    Kenneth "Ken" Kelley
Voiced by: Louis Chirillo

The father of Ian and the owner of the family owned business, Kelley's Keyboards. While a nice caring father, he can be pretty clumsy and clueless.

  • Abandoned Catchphrase: He used to say "Holy Moly Ravioli" whenever he saw something shocking. After season 1 however, it was dropped. He did however have similar lines in later seasons.
  • Aging Would-Be Hipster: He often tries to be seen as cool and hip, which fails most of the time.

  • Bumbling Dad: While he cares about his family, he's shown to be pretty clueless and lax.
  • Butt-Monkey: Not as much as Ian, but he still has moments of this, most notably in "Planet Of The Imps" where he receives a lot of slapstick while trying to keep the house in shape.
  • Disappeared Dad: His father is never seen or mentioned in the series.
  • Dub Name Change: His name is changed to Charles in the French dub.

  • Hidden Depths: In "Spells Like Teen Spirit", it's shown he's good at spelling and can memorize entire science books.

  • Annoying Younger Sibling: He can be this to Kyle at times.
  • Big Brother Bully: To Ian, alongside Kyle. Although sometimes he can be nice to him.
  • Butt-Monkey: He can be one just as big as Ian at times. "Midnight Madness" is a good example of this, as he spends half of the episode failing to put on his rat costume. Even after he finally gets his costume on, he gets attacked by people who believe he's a giant mutant rat.

  • Grumpy Old Women
  • Never Mess with Granny: You do not want to mess with her.
