Monica Clyde

Danai Meta

The producer for the troupe. He's the one who caused the accident, but his true target was Will Powers so Yuuya could be the star instead.

  • Accidental Misnaming: People frequently call him Tanai instead of Danai, something that infuriates him to no end.

Riki Urano

The troupe's stagehand supervisor.

Hananitsuku Erito

The sponsor for the Steel Samurai Theater Troupe, and the CEO of EriCorp, a company specializing on online shopping and information. He's also Will Powers' childhood friend, who also had aspirations of being an actor, but had to quit acting following an injury.

Tsutomu Hikage

A stagehand assistant who was on backstage during the play.

Yumeko Sandaiji

A girl whom Larry had met online (using Edgeworth's name as a handle) and had arranged a date with.

Buffalo Chikusa

A pro-wrestler and Yumeko's best friend.

Gaga Miyako

A Japanese kimono actress who died before making her big break at a Broadway Musical. Her ghost now wanders the theater as the leader of Troupe Sukhavati, a group of ghosts who have met a similar fate.

     Turnabout Teleportation (Gyakuten no Teleportation

Tomorou Asukai

The lead actor in the action show "Psychic Academy Σ", playing the role of 'Psychic Teacher, with the fearsome Teleportation Ability'. Also claims to have been the one to have murdered Koyuki Kurono and set the scene using said power, and challenges Edgeworth to find another explanation for how her body moved before the day is over.

  • Clarke's Third Law: His "teleportation" is actually him making use of hidden passageways throughout the village.
  • Skyward Scream: Lets one out after Tsubaki is arrested.
  • Taking the Heat: Turns out to have done this for Tsubaki twice — once when the shrine burned down 17 years ago, and again in the present day for his murder of Koyuki.

Shougo Shouji, Matsuko Ozaki, and Ban Baban

Three actors in Psychic Academy Σ playing the students of Psychic Teacher. The three of them got their roles via nepotism.

  • Jerkass: The three of them spend most of their time on stage picking on Mamoru. Downplayed with Ban, who seems to just be doing it to go along with the other two and doesn't hold any ill will towards him.

Mamoru Takanashi

An actor in Psychic Academy Σ and the only one to have gotten a role in the show via audition. Has an interest in photography.

Tsubaki Tenma

Motsuo Nakatori

The leader of the Dragon God Village Youth Group who had just returned to the village a month prior.

Kanji Hidari and Yoshie Ukon

Two elderly village residents protesting the dam construction.

  • Beware the Silly Ones: Though they're mostly quirky old folks, they turn very serious when the Dragon Scale is stolen and pull swords on Kay when she's accused of the theft.
  • Face–Heel Turn: They're quick to change their tune about the dam when they see how much Yaichirou is willing to pay them for their land.

Yaichirou Chiage

A land developer who's been seeking to purchase Dragon God Village's land for the dam construction.

  • All for Nothing: Despite all of the deals he cut for the village's land, he learns in the play's final act that the village is a habitat for a protected species of magpie, therefore there's no way his plan to build a dam would be approved by authorities outside the village.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Has shades of this, as at one point he asks a sign buried in the ground how much he can give it for its "land".
  • Every Man Has His Price: He believes he can get anything just with money.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: Him and the company he represents, whose attempts to buy out the land Dragon God Village is on ultimately results in the murder occuring in the first place.
  • Gratuitous English: "HOW MUCH!?"
  • Hidden Depths: Is surprisingly knowledgeable about Dragon God Village's history and traditions for someone interested in buying up its land. That's because he used to live there as well.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: He's not wrong in saying there's not much left for the village after the local festival was canceled.
  • Meaningful Name: His last name is a play on "jiage", the Japanese word for land speculation.
  • Red Herring: Just because Koyuki was murdered with his beloved attache case doesn't mean he's the one that did it.
  • Smug Snake: While it's downplayed for the most part, he's quite overconfident and smug with regards to the land purchasing, and it really comes out when Tenma is exposed as Koyuki's killer, mocking him and Asukai for the latter's attempts to cover for him.
  • Upper-Class Twit: He is absolutely not shy about flaunting his wealth.

The leader of "Rabbits", a group protesting against the World Judicial Union. The defendant of the case.

Yorksher Bergian

The emcee for the Judicial Olympics.

Truth-kun/Kojiro Fukashigi

The mascot for the Judicial Olympics. He's actually Kojiro Fukashigi, Yoko's estranged brother who has since become a defense attorney, as well as the true identity of 'Rabbit'.

  • Out-Gambitted: On the sending end. Godot set up the Judicial Olympics in order to flush out 'Rabbit' using the odd mannersisms the latter displayed in his dealings with Maltson. Kojiro instead sidesteps the whole thing by not participating in the competitions, instead infiltrating it as the mascot Truth-kun. Though subverted, as he wasn't the actual target of Godot's plan...
  • Roaring Rampage of Revenge: He was so determined to avenge his mother’s death, he resorted to kidnapping a judicial worker’s daughter, holding Chairman Crowmack hostage with intent to kill, even almost killing the mastermind behind said death after they’ve been exposed.
  • You Killed My Mother: His motivation.

Tarino and Nemino

Nivantess and Valenbough's henchmen.

  • Expy: Of the Skulkin brothers in The Great Ace Attorney, right down to having pretty much near similar names in Japanese (Nemmy and Tully). By extension, they're Mario and Luigi expies as well.

Jack Crowmack

The chairman of the World Judicial Union, having recently succeeded his father Kin Crowmack.

Antino Nivantess

The vice-chairman of the World Judicial Union.

  • Big Bad: The man who colluded with many crime syndicates around the world and tried to erase his dirty dealings.
  • Evil Costume Switch: After his collusion with international crime syndicates is exposed, he dons a black cape.
  • Expy: To Mael Stronghart from the Great Ace Attorney, even giving a speech about how being in 'the darkness' is necessary to maintain justice. He even gets a Shut Up, Hannibal! response afterward, delivered by Jack after the latter stands up to him.
  • Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist: His methods of trying to maintain justice is through bribery and creating alliances with criminals all over the world. Up to and including hiring them to become attorneys.
  • Stronger Than They Look: Appears to be an unassuming and somewhat sycophantic old man, but after revealing his true colors and Kojiro attempts to kill him, he beats Kojiro up to an inch of his life before Jack saves him.

Junant Maltson

A member of the Judicial Committee and the person to have stolen the microchip (under the behest of a mysterious 'Rabbit' who had kidnapped his daughter in exchange for it) and placed it in the Judicial Olympics gold medal.
