- John and Amanda rounding up Cecilia, Mateo, Gabriela, and Valentina..
- Despite their status as antagonists, Valentina and Mateo both earn a spot for being able to mutilate themselves and accomplish their given tasks, even if they both failed in the end due to taking a few seconds too long before they could escape. Diego and Gabriela, however, succeed in escaping and surviving their traps (albeit with Gabriela dying shortly afterwards due to Cecilia).
- John willingly taking in as much of the bloodboarding so Carlos can be spared. Carlos was quick to figure out what the lever does and tries to save John in return, even if the later attempts were futile. While Cecilia and Parker still manage to fall into another one of John's traps and thus, deactivate the bloodboarding trap, John was ready to die for the kid he only met once."You are a warrior, my boy. A true warrior."
- When Cecilia and Parker hijack Jigsaw's game for them and put him in their place, they find themselves Out-Gambitted when Jigsaw reveals he expected them to do this and lured them to their real trap, leaving them both to die while he gets away with their stolen money; giving it to Carlos no less.
- The mid-credits scene, John has Hoffman track down Henry, who faked having cancer to lure patients to Cecilia, and string him up in the iconic bathroom with a trap ready to carve his stomach open.
