While the manga may be dark and depressing, the manga does have some cool moments... Like the main protagonist ending the careers of each and every one of his pack of sociopathic killer bullies. PERMANENTLY
- The moment Gramps promised to train Uruma for his path of vengeance. At first he seemed put off by his grandson’s rage towards his bullies, until he reveals they are responsible for the fatal car crash of their family does Gramps agrees to train him.
- Uruma kicking and fighting the pervert who tried to assault Azuma Chizuru. Had that not been the case, she would have been done for! Ultimately, Uruma does kill the man with his knife as Chizuru leaves.
- The moment when Uruma is able to withstand the pain that Senkouji inflicted on him before he eventually unties himself and shoves Senkouji all the way in the back of the room. What is even better is that he is even able to RELOCATE all the joints in his right arm, which was previously broken, before he chokes Senkouji to the point of being unconscious.
- Uruma being able to dislocate Ganno's major joints before tying up the giant man.
- Yuuga decides to handle Uruma by siccing on him his minions, little did he know, Uruma’s response is to set the building they’re currently hiding at on fire! He’s then able to get into the building during the commotion and locating Yuuga before disarming the knife from him, holding it to his neck, and knocking him out. Then he lets Karen finish him off when he’s done torturing him.
- When Madoka challenges him to a duel and insults his dead parents and comatose brother, Uruma’s response is to give him the look of a thousand deaths and nearly attacks him, had it not been for the timely arrival of Kaname. Madoka’s reaction says it all.
- Kaname hitting Madoka back when he attacks her. He may have overpowered and assaulted her, but points for trying. Heck, Madoka resorted to threatening to stab Kaname with an ice pick and kill her if she didn’t stop fighting; meaning she was winning!
- Uruma knocking Madoka unconscious after the latter attempts to attack a doll containing his appearance.
- Uruma letting him know WHY he’s torturing him, on account of avenging Kaname’s honor from suffering at his hands. When Madoka continues to insult him, declare Kaname as his woman, and trash talk his family… well, the results ain’t pretty…But well deserved. Admit it, that bastard had it coming.
- Uruma is able to dodge much of Kuga's blows, a Judo champion, before he eventually grabs him by the arm and throws him down the ground, knocking several of his teeth out and dislocating his limbs!
- After getting tied up and overpowered by Kuga, Uruma starts to lose the will to live and apologizes to his brother, Kakeru for losing, then he starts to hallucinate that Kyou is taunting him. This gives him the will to fight back at Kuga and is able to free himself and uses a cinderblock to beat the literal living crap out of Kuga!
- Just when it seems that Uruma will have to witness the cultists mangle Kakeru, he finally elbowed Miguel and gouged his left eye out to rescue his younger brother! However, this is proven ineffective as Miguel doesn't experience any pain and continues to restrain Uruma as if the smaller man only made a scratch on the bigger man's face. Overlaps with Nightmare Fuel.
- The moment that Gramps had finally returned and knocked out both Andou Midori and Nogi Takashi before the former had the chance to saw off Kakeru's left leg! Had that not been the case, Kakeru would have been done for!
- Gramps freeing Uruma from the clutches of Miguel and killing the bigger man instantly the second he threaten to kill his eldest grandson. His message is clear, don’t EVER threaten his family ever again. EVER.
- Chapter 82, in which Gramps kicked Andou in the face, although it didn't inflict the sadistic cultist that much pain...
- Gramps' sacrifice for Kakeru, although his efforts in saving him went down the drain... Overlaps with Nightmare Fuel and TearJerker.
- Uruma's retaliation on the researchers. Having enough of their crap, he first proceeds to rip off Nogi's face before slamming him onto the ground, implicitly killing him. Afterwards, he dashes towards Kyou while kicking Momoki Sana in the face before attempting to stab Kyou with the knife, only for Andou to temporarily restrain him before he frees himself from the bigger man and manages to slash Kyou across his right eye before Andou punches him... Overlaps with Nightmare Fuel due to the detailed gore involved in the fight.
