Even better yet! You can choose that characters VOICE! (Keep in mind that voice acting was only available to the main characters in the Untold games in their respective Story Modes.)
At the game's initial announcement, the reveal that there were four races in the game raised a lot of hype about freely customizing race and class...which was shot down with the reveal that different classes are assigned to different races. But then the hype came back when it was announced that you could not only reclass characters to any class and keep their portraits, but that you could also use the standard race portraits for your characters!
For ten months after the Japanese release (and two and a half years after the initial Japanese announcement), the stateside fans have had no news on the localization... until June 2017, where it was finally confirmed, and to be released Fall 2017!
EU players also find relief in that the game will reach the Europe the same time it hits America.

A crossover game pulling 19 classes from all previous main titles in the series? Subclassing to return? Etrian Odyssey V-style character customization? Revisiting past labyrinths? You bet that the fandom rejoiced!
Even though some favourite classes from previous games didn't make the cut, their portraits would be available as DLC, letting your favourite character still function with a Suspiciously Similar Substitute class. By that, we mean every class portrait, including the DLC portraits in previous games (except the portraits from the Mystery Dungeon games), on top of new DLC ones introduced for this game.
Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection
Four years after Nexus, the knowledge that Atlus hasn't forgotten the franchise has reassured many fans. Though they are mere HD ports of the first three games, it's great to be able to experience the DS games (especially III which doesn't have an Untold remake) without needing to hunt for a rare cartridge!
For years the only way to appreciate the characters and enemies' illustrations in high resolution was to get your hands on the art books, or some scans of them. Now you can see them in all their HD glory thanks to the remasters!
