- Webby has a crush on Lena, who is gay, and Magica is mentioned to be bi. Della and Scrooge are both bisexual.
- Wallace is bi and loves Wilhelmina, who's also bi, both before and after she transitions.
- Todd is bi, was in love with Copper, and is now dating Vixey.
- Mr. Prenderghast is confirmed gay and Agatha and Norman are heavily implied to be.
- Miguel and Tulio are in a poly relationship with each other and Chel.
- Bugs and Daffy are both bi.
- Remy is gay.
- Riley is nonbinary and implied to be attracted to Coraline.
- Eska and Desna are, respectively, bi and gay.
- Julien is a pansexual trans man.

- Woody and Buzz are married and fostering Zim.
- Mordecai and Rigby are described by Mordecai as friends with benefits.
- Buddy and Darnell are gay and engaged.
- Mr. Peabody is gay.
- Robbie Sinclair and Spike are bisexual.
- Poindexter was gay.
- Cam is bi with a strong preference for men but still loves Brandy, as a callback to how he was planned to be gay in early drafts of the show.
- Bill Cipher is a Depraved Bisexual, while in canon he's not a physical being at all and presumably doesn't even have genitals.
- Skipper is biromantic ace and Barbie is mentioned to be aromantic gay, though had sex with a boy before she came out. Penelope is asexual and mentions that Hugo is trying to have her medicated to "cure" it. Elina is a trans lesbian, and Nori and Nalu are somewhere on the queer spectrum and very annoyed when people imply that being engaged to each other makes them straight. Annika mentions Brietta coming out as gay.
- Lucky Luke and Calamity Jane are on the asexual spectrum; Jane is indifferent and Luke is repulsed.
- Mew and Mewtwo are aro-ace humans instead of sexless Pokemon, and the singular Jenny and Joy are married to each other.
- Peridot appears to be aro; she expresses disapproval of non-fictional dating in general, is proud that she'll never experience partner violence, and Lapis mentions Peridot having "come to terms with some things" that led to her divorce.
- Sun Wukong and Macaque are or at least were a MLM couple. Pigsy and Tang are married.
- Carl and Frank were a gay couple, which is why they were sent to Karlag.
- Cashmere and Velvet are both dating Geumsaegi's sister. Jade and Roxie are married to each other and appear in a commercial together, Mac and Joe are both dating Oegwipali, and Bev refers to the queer community as "we".
- Zidgel is gay, and he believes this is part of the reason why Rattlesnake Jake assaulted him.
- What's Her Face identifies as "asexual demi-bi-ro" and is in a poly relationship with So And So and Sci-Fi Greg, with the two of them dating What's Her Face, but not each other.
