** Amelia is the brash, yet affable leader of the titular [[DeathFakedForYou death faking]] organization. Under her leadership, the Amelia Project has successfully faked countless deaths, sometimes recruiting clients to become valuable allies, including the brilliant Alvina. When the Interviewer gets kidnapped by the Russians, Amelia and Alvina make plans to move to his location to avoid MI5. When a SerialKiller forces her to fake his death, Amelia tricks him into killing himself, even sacrificing her beloved grandmother’s necklace to maintain the deception. Amelia is then forced to aid Panaraguan freedom fighter Pablo Perez Garcia in overthrowing the tyrannical President Julio, effortlessly outwitting and defeating rival death faker Mateo when he interferes. Arrested by Miguel, Garcia's idiot assistant-turned-Panaraguan President, Amelia organizes a plan to swap the lazy Miguel with Garcia, ensuring Panaragua has a good leader before reuniting with the Interviewer and relocating the Amelia Project to Paris.

* ''WebComic/{{Lackadaisy}}'': [[FromNobodyToNightmare Atlas May]] was the founder of the titular Lackadaisy Speakeasy. Originally just a coffee shop owner, Atlas took advantage of prohibition and a hidden limestone network beneath his cafe to establish a speakeasy, making sure to vet which patrons could be trusted by having them wear a club pin. Atlas recruited Viktor after seeing his fighting style by paying a lawyer to shorten his jail time and honed Mordecai's antisocial nature and analytical skills to make him a proper hitman, before pairing the two up. After teaming up with the Arbogasts due to their location near a railway and having a wine shipment from them be hijacked by Sicilians fighting the Marigold, Atlas sicked Mordecai and Viktor on them to secure an alliance with Marigold, steal their cars, and take back the liquor. Atlas then took a woman named Mary Ellen in, knowing her band would come with her, and [[TheCorrupter turning her and Viktor more towards the criminal lifestyle to make sure they'd stick with him]]. Enlarging his empire together for years before his death, Atlas was [[BenevolentBoss remembered well by his employees]] and lived up to his name as the man who held the Lackadaisy together.

** [[Characters/DreamSMPQuackity Quackity]] manages to subvert his ButtMonkey status post Manberg vs. Pogtopia. Once the TheDragon to [[Characters/DreamSMPJschlatt Jschlatt]] whom he helped win the presidential election, Quackity would end up double crossing his boss after a long string of mistreatment and abuse, before joining up with Pogtopia in order to help take down the maniacal dictator. Becoming enraged at [[Characters/DreamSMPTechnoblade Technoblade]] for pulling a last minute betrayal and bombing L'Manberg, Quackity establishes the Butcher Gang alongside his fellow L'Manberg citizens in order to hunt him down. With him almost succeeding in such thanks to pulling a fast one on the warrior by holding his prized horse Carl for ransom. Having lost his inital battle with Technoblade, Quackity, now scarred, begins building up a new country known as "[[Characters/DreamSMPLasNevadas Las Nevadas]]", electing himself as ruler. Looking to find worthy allies to assist him in the process, Quackity begins to implore sleazy tactics in order to get what he wants, whether it's blowing up Purpled's prized UFO, or allowing Foolish to be sacrificed and killed in the Red Banquet, all for the sake of proving a point. Showing himself to be a formiddable foe through and through, Quackity proves that no matter the obstacles or setbacks, he will rise up against the odds and get what he wants.
** [[Characters/DreamSMPTechnoblade Technoblade]] is the ruthless anarchist with a strong belief that power corrupts. Joining Pogtopia under the pretense of being able to take down L'Manberg, Technoblade quickly proves himself to be a powerful ally, supplying the rebellion with gear that gives them a significant leg up in battle. Upon learning that Pogtopia had no intention of destroying L'Manberg, but rather keeping the system going, Technoblade rebels against them, using TNT and Withers to leave L'Manberg in ruin. Going into hiding post battle, Technoblade attempts to settle down, moving past his anarchist ways to live a life of peace and tranquility, only to be thrust right back into the conflict when the Butcher Gang, lead by Quackity, comes in and attempts to give Technoblade retribution for his crimes. Enraged by this act and viewing it as a great injustice, Technoblade prepares a full-on attack on L'Manberg, using countless Withers that he had kept contained for months in case of an event such as this occuring. Teaming up with [[Characters/DreamSMPDream Dream]] and [[Characters/DreamSMPTheSyndicate Philza]], the three of them lay waste to L'Manberg, reducing it to a point that puts the country's initial destruction to shame. Establishing the Syndicate following this event, Technoblade has since dedicated his time to making sure no forms of government could ever rise to power again. Powerful, ruthless, and always managing to succeed in his goals, Technoblade proves that he can easily be your greatest ally, or your worst enemy.

* ''WebAnimation/SkibidiToiletSeries'': The [[MadScientist Scientist Skibidi Toilet]] is the G-Toilet's [[TheDragon Dragon]] and the most skilled of the Skibidi Toilets. After creating the Spider Skibidi Toilets and the [[PuppeteerParasite Parasitic Skibidi Toilets]] to better fight against the Alliance, the Scientist Skibidi Toilet greatly upgrades himself, becoming even bigger than his boss (but [[UndyingLoyalty without losing his loyalty to him]]). Using a fake G-Toilet, the Scientist Skibidi Toilet lures the Titan Cameraman and the Titan Speakerman into a trap, greatly injuring both of them before eventually fighting them directly, demonstrating to possess various abilities and tools during the battle. When the newly upgraded Titan [=TVman=] comes to rescue his friends, the Scientist Skibidi Toilet decides to stay and fight despite being visibly afraid, even if he ultimately doesn't stand a chance against his foe.

* ''[[Podcast/MarvelsWastelandersHawkeye Marvel's Wastelanders: Hawkeye]]'': [[Characters/HawkeyeTitleCharacter Hawkeye]] is one of the few Avengers who survived an uprising by the world's supervillains. The villainous Baron Helmut Zemo had the ComicBook/{{Thunderbolts}} betray the Avengers, so he could slay them. Zemo spared Hawkeye as a cruel joke, believing Hawkeye posed no threat to him and took control of part of the US. Hawkeye joined a circus and [[ObfuscatingStupidity pretended to be a drunken fool and a clown]], but secretly plotted his [[RevengeBeforeReason revenge]]. Throughout the years, Hawkeye used his cunning to track down and murder the Thunderbolts, succeeding in killing almost all of them. Hawkeye plans to complete his revenge by killing Zemo himself when Zemo sees his show, not caring if he lives or dies afterward.

* ''WebAnimation/TheCyanideAndHappinessShow'''s [[https://youtu.be/89qx4DO1aWM?t=117 "Teleporter"]]: The unnamed caveman at the other side of the "teleporter" (really a time machine) makes effective use of the tools and items the scientist inadvertently sends through, using them to build a wooden house and car, start a campfire, and presumably use as the basis to progress civilization by decades. When the scientist, believing his device to be a failure, tosses his blueprint into the "teleporter", the caveman appears at the other end, then proceeds to knock out the scientist, send him back to the past, and take his place in the present day.

* ''WebAnimation/DeathBattle'': [[Characters/DeadpoolWadeWilson Deadpool]], real name Wade Wilson, is a frequent combatant on ''Death Battle'', with his FourthWallObserver powers making him aware of the existence of co-hosts Wiz and Boomstick, thus beginning a long campaign of Deadpool annoying them and the hosts trying to make him shut up. Deadpool's fight with Comicbook/{{Deathstroke}} has him utilizing bizarre techniques, dancing mid-fight to overcome Deathstroke's skills, while nullifying Deathstroke's healing ability with his Carbonadium sword. Later, Deadpool befriends [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Pinkie Pie]] after recognizing her as a fellow fourth-wall breaker with the two of them managing to defy the creators by messing with their past videos and ending on a death-less ''Death Battle''. When Wiz and Boomstick try to kill Deadpool off using ComicBook/TheMask, Deadpool tries to level the playing field using the Continuity Gem, and when realizing he is outmatched dies content, before tricking the co-hosts into resurrecting him back to life.

* ''WebAnimation/GenLock'': [[TheSmartGuy Dr. Rufus Weller]] is a brilliant scientist within the Polity's Experimental Science Unit and creator of the titular [=gen:LOCK=] project which he presents to them as a way to combat [[TheEmpire The Union]]. The project involves having Weller's pilots minds control [[{{Mecha}} Holons]], with Julius Chase being the first successful project where Weller reveals that he copied Chase's conscience prior to The Union stealing Chase's original mind, a secret that Weller kept from Chase. Having recruited five others to [=gen:LOCK=] with one of them being a spy and who demands that Weller uploads him onto a Holon, Weller seemingly complies to his demands only for him to fry his brain and kill him, which Weller uses as a lesson on what happens to those who aren't [=gen:LOCK=] compatible. When The Union led by Nemesis attacks the Anvil, Weller sacrifices his life so that everyone can escape, taking several Union soldiers with him, while downloading his knowledge of [=gen:LOCK=] onto [[RobotMaid Caliban]] so [[ThanatosGambit Weller]] can still help them fight, allowing them to defeat the Union and destroy Nemesis.

** [[BadassTeacher Herobrine]], returning from his [[BackFromTheDead initial defeat]] now takes on a far different role within the story. Now running the school that is appropriately named "Monster School". Herobrine teaches a variety of mobs how to efficiently kill players within Minecraft by putting them through a series of grueling tests that often prove lethal, forcing his students to try their hardest in order to succeed before ending things off with a race to the finish where the mobs are placed into teams and have to work together and uses their abilities to their advantage. When Red drops into the building unannounced, Herobrine proceeds to force him into his program despite the other's clear objections, forcing him to participate in his many challenges which often result in him being bullied by the other students. When Red along with the team he was assigned consisting of the Spider, Skeleton, and the Enderman flee the scene after they managed to win the race, Herobrine goes after them in order to have them return to his program, however, upon seeing King Orange, and how he was putting the lives of his students at risk, he proceeded to face off against him, engaging in a brutal fight against the former and proving to be one of his toughest obstacles, managing to stay resilient to the end even when King Orange managed to get the leg over him.

** The King is a vengeful stick figure who seeks the destruction of the ''Minecraft'' world for losing his son in a simulation of the game. Researching everything there is to the game, the King constructs his own enchanted rod, seeks out the Master Block to accomplish just that, and manipulates Purple to retrieve it for him. The King stops at nothing to destroy the world, fighting off the Stick Gang, their ally mobs, and even Herobrine and Purple all on his own and winning. Whenever he's outnumbered or surrounded, the King uses quick thinking and distractions to turn the tables and immediately get the upper hand again. Nearly succeeding in his quest, The King only is stopped when he has a change of heart, gives up his rod and Master Block, and instead embraces Purple as a son, ultimately getting something better in the end.

When Peter presented him with ''Interstellar'' for feedback, Nolan stole the film, returning the case with a copy of ''Film/ThePrestige'' and passed ''Interstellar'' off as his own movie while getting the entire cast and crew to go along with it. Having previously stolen ''Film/{{Inception}}'', Nolan still manages to have Peter consider him a friend despite constantly stealing his films.

* ''Podcast/TheBalladOfAnneAndMary'': [[PirateGirl Anne Bonny and Mary Read]] are a pair of devious pirates. In the past the two were crewmembers on the pirate ship Revenge, amassing a large amount of treasure which they hid away. When Jonathan Barnet attempted a mutiny, Mary forced him to flee the ship and tried to kill him so he wouldn’t come back for revenge. When Barnet, now a privateer, attacked the Revenge, Anne and Mary [[{{Determinator}} refused to surrender]], sharing a kiss before they were captured. The two avoided execution because they were pregnant. While being interviewed by Nathaniel Mist, Anne planted the idea of the treasure in his mind to tempt him. Anne formulated an escape plan and tricked a guard into sending Mist a letter offering him treasure in exchange for helping them. After escaping prison with Mist’s help, the three are confronted by Barnet who also wants the treasure. Anne and Mary then reveal that they used the treasure to fake their pregnancies. Mary convinces Barnet to let a crowd decide their fate and leads the three in pretending to be innocent civilians, causing the crowd to turn on Barnet and allowing the three to escape.

In his youth, Hazel lost his sister Gretchen in a training accident before he was confronted by [[Characters/RWBYSalem Salem]], who revealed her immortality and convinced Hazel that Ozpin's war with Salem and the deaths caused were for nothing. Joining her, Hazel desired to both assist Salem in beating Oz and [[WellIntentionedExtremist build a new world order]] free of Kingdoms or Academies. Hazel utilizes both his fighting skill and takes advantage of his [[FeelsNoPain pain-numbing Semblance]] to inject Dust in himself to gain far more power and mastered several Dust techniques. After Salem deploys him and Tyrian Callows to Mistral, the two are able to kill Huntsmen across the continent; he later assists with trapping the heroes in Haven Academy. During Salem's invasion of Solitas, after Hazel is told of Salem's true apocalyptic plans and the password to the Relic of Knowledge, he has Oscar use the password as a way to both verify it is not a trap and that Oscar was telling the truth without even using the Relic. He later fights Salem to give Oscar and his allies time to escape, finally restraining Salem and lighting them both ablaze, weakening her enough for Oscar to use the power of Ozpin's Cane, [[HeroicSacrifice sacrificing himself]] to buy the heroes time and take Salem out of commission.

* ''WebAnimation/ChildrinRSkary: ''[[DarkMagicalGirl Casilda]] is an enigmatic girl with dark powers, who offers her services to others in exchange for a fee. When a man's village is attacked by zombies, he asks Casilda for help, and she coolly agrees [[OnlyInItForTheMoney so long as she's paid]]. With a [[TheMusicMeister mesmerizing dance routine]], she places the zombies under her control and leads them out of the village and back to their graves, saving the villagers as she promised. When the mayor insults her by refusing to pay her for her services, Casilda resurrects the zombies with a smile, [[KickTheSonOfABitch killing the mayor for his ingratitude]].

* ''WebVideo/CarmillaTheSeries'': [[DragonAscendant Matska "Mattie" Belmonde]] is Carmilla's catty but loving adoptive sister and a representative of the Corvae Corporation, and initial chairman of the Silas Board. Taking over Silas in the wake of her mother's death, she does what she can to suppress Laura's coverage of events or put a positive spin on them. It was soon discovered she plans on setting off an explosion to bury Loppiformes as a pragmatic solution to her mother's operations. When [[EvilerThanThou Vordenberg]] becomes too much of a threat, Mattie drinks Lopphi's blood [[GodzillaThreshold to become more powerful against him]]. Despite her initial failures and death, her spirit returns as a servant of Ereshkigal, and helps aid the downfall of her mother. Correctly guessing how her mother's plans would fail, she appears again to [[KickTheSonOfABitch taunt her over her failure]], and a final time to grant [[ChessWithDeath Laura her life back if Carmilla could answer a riddle]]; one Mattie makes easy to guess out of compassion.

Protect the Criminal!]]": [[TheDon Lynn Dradio]], head of the Dradio Crime Organization, uses her vast wealth and army of lawyers to get away with whatever crime she wants, from money laundering, to murder. After the thief Lance Traft steals her treasure, Dradio locates his hideouts and burns them down after retrieving her riches. With the mythical Dromore Egg all that’s left, Dradio intercepts Traft in his secret hideout, ordering Traft to be slowly tortured to death after finding the Egg. With the Egg actually being a replica meant to hide a microdata drive detailing her criminal activities, Dradio is eventually arrested, but nevertheless assured that she will avoid imprisonment with the help of her lawyers.

** "[[Recap/DiceFunkSeason2Lorelei Lorelei]]": Jem is a Half-Orc who believes that "[[WellIntentionedExtremist sometimes you have to do bad to do good]]". Disgusted with how the upper class of Mykonos have abandoned the lower class and the Orc army her father serves in to die in the rising waters, Jem starts [[SerialKiller murdering the rich and powerful]]. Using her werewyvern powers to keep herself under suspicion, Jem successfully evades capture for months. Upon meeting the crew of the Violet One, Jem falls in love with Lavinia and through her quick thinking and use of her powers, helps everyone escape from the rioting townsfolk and steal a powerful scroll. Upon learning that the Orcs were killed by the [[SkyPirates Blackhearts]], Jem travels to the mountains they were stationed at, recruiting the female relatives of the dead Orcs, and traps the Blackhearts in a cave. When Drop admits to causing the massacre of the Orcs, Jem challenges him to single combat, utilizing several clever strategies to battle the powerful monk. Upon losing, Jem accepts defeat and forgives them after Lavinia removes her lycanthropy.
** "[[Recap/DiceFunkSeason3Ilium Ilium]]":
*** Veltari began life as a street urchin but through her own skill became the personal assassin for Count Danto, killing the leaders of the Order of the Merciful Sword to expand his power. Arriving in Ilium, Veltari joins the Avant Guards. Befriending the troll Wulf, Veltari uses him to gain information and molds him into an ally that idolizes her while also boosting his self confidence. Forming a relationship with Carrie, the two plan to use a gem to cast Planar Binding on Warden Light to force him to destroy the Barrier around Ilium. Veltari helps form a plan to kill the powerful Lady Nim while using her death as a distraction to steal the gem from Penny. Eventually coming to regret her actions, Veltari admits her guilt to Wulf and Penny, with her sincerity causing them to forgive her. Veltari then leaves with Rolen to stop Danto, pretending to still work for him in order to lead him into an ambush and kill him. When Theodora attacks Ilium, Veltari uses Planar Binding to force her and the evil God Ghaunadaur to kill each other, ending the threat to the town.
*** Stellarosa "Stella" Magnificent Legrand is a magical prodigy whose brilliance made her a celebrity known as "the Rose". Recruited by the vampire Count Danto to help him conquer Akamoros, Stellarosa uses her influence to convince the populace to accept Danto's tyrannical rule. In exchange for her help, Stellarosa receives an impossibly complex puzzle box created by the God of Knowledge. When Veltari and Rolen lure Danto into a trap and defeat him in combat, Stellarosa murders Danto, revealing that she was always planning to kill him. After traveling to Illium, Stellarosa reveals she planned to use the puzzle box to remove her sister Zoey's wild magic which she accidentally gave to her as a child. When Illium is invaded, Stellarosa uses her magical might to help save the town before returning to Akamoros to help it recover.
** "[[Recap/DiceFunkSeason4Valentine Valentine]]":
*** [[EnlightenedAntagonist Aeron]] is the brilliant founder of Aeron Aeronautics who's obsessed with tapping into the power of the World of Forms. When Team Loser accidentally hit him with their car, Aeron feigns unconsciousness to [[SecretTestOfCharacter see what kind of people they are]] before helping Catarina break into a military base. Aeron then shows the team the Einsoft and the Sephirot, devices meant to tap into the power of the Forms, and turns the team and himself into conduits of Forms. When Ash steals the Sephirot to give more people conduit powers, Aeron is unbothered, simply using his ability to track conduits to gain data for his final experiment. Aeron later helps Team Loser track down Ash and asks them to aid him in his final experiment, getting what he needs from Solomon Luna when they refuse. Aeron later unveils his final experiment, summoning the Form of Valentine Itself and announcing to the world that inside is a vault. Aeron sets himself up as [[FinalBoss the final obstacle]], killing anyone who reaches him, and when he's defeated by Team Loser, Aeron accepts his death and opens the vault for them.
*** [[AgentPeacock Beatrice "Beau" Beauregard]] is the fabulous head of the [[TheFashionista Fashion Branch]] of the Crown Corporation. When Team Loser steals from her friend, Beau decides to make them her new players in "the Game", forcing them to work for her. Beau sends them to a location that is less dangerous than it seems, hoping to make them look good so she can trade their services. When Ash gives her the Sephirot, Beau becomes a conduit of Miracles and uses this power to scare Bloodmaw the Invincible into working for her. After she is attacked by the Valentine Devil, Beau lets Team Loser investigate before sending Bloodmaw to steal the evidence they find so she gets the prestige from catching the Devil. Even when Team Loser catches the Devil and takes Bloodmaw as their employee, Beau is nonplussed and manages to take control of two more Branches of Crown. When Aeron unveils his final experiment Beau travels into Valentine Itself and [[GracefulLoser contents herself in painting when she realizes she can't defeat Aeron]]. After this, the pair broke into Buckingham Palace to steal The Queen's toothbrush but were photographed on the way out. They were then captured by [=MI5=] and agreed to gather information on the Amelia Project in exchange for their freedom, and successfully [[TheMole posed as clients]] of Amelia and broke into a safe right under the Interviewer's nose and successfully traded its contents for their freedom.
