Because [[GagBoobs her chest is too big for the jacket]], the zipper inevitably snapped, sending the pull tab flying toward Kenji and accidentally knocking him out. That incident actually caused concern among the PTA that the tracksuits were dangerous (when really, it was just her breasts' fault).

* AccidentalPervert: Much like her "aniki", she already has had a run-in with Takao's GagBoobs, accidentally grabbing them while trying to keep her away when she begins thinking the latter had been bullying Kenji; in turn Takao accidentally shoves her hard enough to hit a bookshelf and have a pair of ''tankobon'' volumes of the ''[=AiLove=]'' manga fall on her head (and due to the speed, Noe thinks Takao's ''boobs'' shoved her).

* TherapyBackfire: Her attempt at getting [[BigBreastPride Saginuma]] to return back to school after having her former 1st-place title of "Biggest Breasts in School" stripped by [[GagBoobs Takao]]... It didn't end favorably (with Saginuma being completely brushed off and Kusshi herself fainting due to working too hard for it.)

Introduced during the Hashimoto Adventure Island arc of the manga. She is the president of the Game Development Club for St. Tachikawa Girl's School, a private, all female academy for rich girls. Notable for her rather impressive bust that rivals even [[GagBoobs Takao's]], outgoing personality, and eccentric speech patterns.
