Laiks movies seriously deserve more spotlight.
"Coraline" was a masterpiece that aged superbly.
"Kubo and Two Strings" was a bit flawed, but I still think everyone should see it.
"Boxtrolls" was a bit strange, creative and simply fun movie.
"Paranorman" is one movie that I found boring, but the message was strong enough that I still recommend watching it once.
In comparison "Missing Link" is just 'good'. It has just likable enough characters, just decent enough jokes, fairly impressive animation, slightly anticlimactic end.
In short, a movie you'll watch, enjoy and probably never think of again. Still more worth your time than "Despicable Me", "Boss Baby" or "Ice Age" sequels, but nothing on most Disney/Pixar, "Kung Fu Panda" or "Lego Movies"
