Possibly one of the most amusing things I have ever read. It's currently a wonderful followup of Turning the World Upside Down, one of the most prominent differences being the fact that most of the couples established in the prequel have in fact disbanded, most for irrational reasons, such as Germany's inferiority complex or Japan and Seychelles breaking up because Austria and Hungary did . The story does remain like that for awhile, the exception being that Germany and Italy get back together in the third chapter. In a shorter layout: It's amusing, chocked full of fluff, and will most likely have a happy ending.
