After reading the first few chapters, I find the cultural and historical elements very well written. On the character side , Russia is a lot darker than he is portrayed in the comic, but it's well-played in the historical context. Lithuania's compassion in the beginning chapters seems to be a very suitable extension of his canon personality.

Very interesting take on what is going on in Russia's house by an author who appearently is Russian and throws in a lot of cultural references. Russia is not nice, but he is not the complete psycho most of the fandom see him as here.

It's very well written, and suspenseful and a high Holy Shit Quotient for this troper personally.
