If you haven't read Light and Dark The Adventures of Dark Yagami yet, I have several reasons for you to do so.
First of all, it's hilarious. Even if you haven't watched/read Death Note, you will appreciate the absurd humor and very nonsensical plot. If you have, you'll notice all the ways the author gets things completely wrong, which is a nice bonus.
Secondly, it's genuinely good. Behind all that nonsense, there's a very skilled author who's a master at pretending to be a complete moron. His careful mix of comedy and terribleness is impossible to imitate.
Finally, I genuinely think it's a fun read. After you've read this (and other stories by the same author), you'll find yourself quoting stuff like "stop saying colour! Your in America now!", "are they the cool chemicles cos I want to learn how to make a bum!" or "are your panties full of toilets?" in the weirdest situations.
