This fic is an AU/Crossover which has Gladion being on the receiving end of the premise of an Accusation Fic under the pretenses of some issues in his anime incarnation regarding the Nihilego Arc and perceived Double Standards that resulted from it. The fic sees a lot of characters suddenly shift their opinions on Gladion, due to the fic having essentially liberated the perceived Protagonist-Centered Morality Gladion had. However, in spite of the premise on its own, there are some issues to be had with this.
First, and foremost, the biggest issue this fic suffers from is the fact a good deal of what the fic blames Gladion for in the first place are either grossly exaggerated from what events actually happened, or were completely made up. Not only that, but the character derailment from a lot of the characters involved in this story, especially with regards to Lillie as seen from the page quote of the fic itself, is so beyond mean spirited that it feels like these individuals were all being impersonated by Ditto who had no idea how these people were supposed to otherwise behave towards each other.
The crossover of the fic with Infinity Train, to my understanding, is that the Train serves a purpose to help people overcome their mental issues overall. I find a few things troubling with this in this particular fic, notably with how Lillie displays extreme anger at times and never once does the train take her aboard, how Gladion is forcefully dragged back into the train at the final chapter of the fic, and how Megatron from Transformers is on the train, despite how absurdly heinous the guy can be especially given his nature as a vicious warlord in general.
These points and others made it appear that the fic had tried to establish rules for itself with how the premise works, but in doing so, broke its own rules by including various cameos or character traits that went against the nature of the fic. Especially something to note is the character Mallow in this fic. She had been on the Infinity Train before, and has been secretive about it to everyone in her friends circle because of some sort of trauma. However, this reasoning falls completely flat when she willfully tells a member of the Ultra Recon Squad this backstory of hers with no hesitation, despite the fact this individual is from an alien dimension of sorts and had only just then known Mallow despite Mallow's own friends she never told having known her for longer.
Overall, this fic is something I see as a bit of a stain on both major series being involved in the story being told here. It is something I believe has gone far beyond the normal range of an Accusation Fic and has ascended itself into being an unintentional Hate Fic. Due to this very problematic nature of this fic, I could never honestly recommend this fic to anyone, especially considering it gave me a negative intro to Infinity Train that will keep me away from it for a long time.
