El Arca is fairly unknown to most people, except the most committed of animation fans. Of those who do know about it, most opinions are negative. I am proud to say that I really liked this movie.
I find the characters enjoyable, the humor is nonstop and the fact that the whole story is an adaptation of Noah's Ark from the bible is just a cherry on top. Even the dubbing is good considering this film wasn't made in The US. I will say that I have no idea who this film is for. It's much too adult for children and juvenile for most adults. But I'm into things that fall into that crevice.
If you watch El Arca, go in with an open mind and don't be afraid if the raunchiness has an effect on you. 8/10
