A whole different take on the canon Neon Genesis Evangelion storyline with Shinji as a normal teenager. And just as the synopsis says, events, slowly at first but at an ever increasing rate, start to deviate away from the original material. A very enthralling story that answers the age old question of "what if this happened instead of that?". Absolutely worth the read.
