I was about ten years old when I first came across the seventh episode. For all the Gorn and firearm usage, I had never seen anything like it. You see, as a child I lived in Singapore for 11 years, so violence as a concept had been alien to me. I had never seen the effects of shooting a gun before, so seeing someone's head disappear several feet away from the protagonist almost seemed magical. If you think this had any negative effects on my mental well-being don't worry. I'm doing perfectly fine and not hurting anyone :)
Now I'm 19 years old and at the beginning of this year, the eleventh episode came up after many years of Krinkels focusing on the Project Nexus 2 game. Now, I can safely confirm that these animations have had a pretty big influence not just on the Newgrounds website, but for many animators on the Internet.
