This is easily one of the most adorable manga I've ever read. No drama, no saving the world shenanigans, no harems, just a girl who shows her affection by teasing the boy she likes.
The best part is easily the interaction between Nishikata and Takagi-san (and to a lesser extent their classmates). She has him dancing completely to her tune, usually through a carefully chosen word or innuendo. Meanwhile Nishikata himself is determined to get one up on her, but he's often his own worst enemy due to not thinking things through or allowing his own paranoia to get the better of him.
If you're having a bad day, or are just tired of anime with high body counts, give it a read. You'll probably be laughing halfway through Chapter 1. And probably rooting for them to get together fairly quickly, because you can tell that even if they get together, she'll still tease the life out of him.
