I agree. It seems like Dreamworks not only does sequels better than Disney, but they also do direct-to-video better than Disney as well.

a decent follow up
This is probably one of the best direct to video sequels/prequels out there. First off I like how the character designs look slightly different from Prince of Egypt but you can still tell they take place within the same universe. Second, the songs while not exactly memorable, they sound nice. Third, the animation is beautiful. Finally, the voice acting is decent. This is probably one of the few DTD sequels/prequels out there that isn't lazily put together but done out of genuine love; I highly recommend it.
