So, I'm curious about something. The first time I saw this musical, my heart broke a thousand times for Cathy; but I hated Jamie. Keep in mind, however, that I saw this when my parents were in the middle of divorcing, mostly due to my dad being very emotionally distant from my mom, me, and my three siblings who were all under ten at the time.
Now, with that mostly behind me, I've listened to the soundtrack again abot 100 times, and now I love both characters, and my heart breaks equally for both of them. So I'm wondering- what are/were your opinions on the characters?
