I don't think it's a word at all. He's just hesitating in his speech. Transcribed it would be something like "Nnn-hmmn...". I can almost hear how you're getting "eighteen", but the fact he lowers the volume of his voice at that moment tells me he's just trying to collect his thoughts.
If there are any words behind this sound at all, I would guess "No, it would be...", but compressed and distorted so much because he's not actually meaning to speak at all, he's just thinking very quickly and some of it is leaking out.

- Alternate Character Interpretation: We have nothing to back up Bon Bon's provided backstory except her word and a suitcase she's carrying with her. She might be telling the truth, or maybe she's just crazy and paranoid. She might also just be a mean Troll playing a joke.
I question if this is an example since is has no basis or evidence to support the Troll interpretation, but want to get some feedback so a call can be made if it qualifies.

What I'm hearing in The Doctor's explanation of his life's work is "decades, eighteen centuries really, of research and experimentation." What is everyone else hearing for the word between decades and centuries? I mean, once you get into centuries, it really doesn't matter much whether it's just a few centuries or 18, but still...
