Canon Sue: Gladstone. While it's actually more like a case of failed Escapist Character for Carl Barks (he hates Gladstone himself), he became this on every stories when he's a total jerkass and still got an upper hand on the others.
On the other hand, Carl Barks has stated that Donald's tendency (particularly early on) to change jobs every story is a reflection of the various short-lived odd jobs Barks took on early in his own career.
1- Huh? Gladstone is not a Canon Sue or an Escapist Character. He's an antagonist! The audience isn't meant to like, much less want to be him.
