Not sure where to put this discussion but there are entries here that wrote about this matter:
Should the Tatars and Cumans really be merged into a single civ? If so, why (or why not)?

"If Forgotten Empires ever does finally introduce the Tibetans to the game, they will probably be part of a Chinese-themed expansion pack, as this would be the safest way to make them their own faction while still treating them as predecessors to Greater China. The same possible expansion would likely also feature a full Chinese campaign (the Chinese still only have a single Historical Battle and no campaign despite the game's popularity in China), as well as the Jurchens as a second new civilization, since they have also been heavily requested and likewise represent a non-Han empire that's nowadays part of China."
Are speculations like this allowed in YMMV? Or should that go to WMG?
That said, full Chinese (or any civ) campaigns are welcome of course, as long as it is fun to play and not have the entire campaigns be Chinese vs Chinese for 5-6 missions straight (incidentally this is why the Inca campaign is boring, not helped by their limited tech tree).
