Go to the /comicbook article, links to the translated comics should be there. Only up until around Volume 2, though.

Isn't Cybersix supposed to be an anime? If Yes, then... why does TV tropes refer to it as a western animation cartoon?
Because when I looked it up on myanimelist.net, it made me think that it's actually an anime because myanimelist is ususally a database website that keeps track of anime from Japan.
I found out when I noticed that cybersix was removed from the page that I added it on.
