I gonna work on it, getting suitable pictures of each characters, but just asking; should we include the one-off characters like the Old Codger, Admin, the Girl Gamer or even that Chinese commander?

Yes, But put them in a different folder. Something like; Main Cast, Recurring Characters, One-off Characters. Where you would put the Bunny Sniper is beyond me.
Character listing... I think the series has expanded enough to where we can list the characters and give them their tropes.
