Considering how twisty and turny it is, I recommend an open spoiler warning policy, otherwise the page will look like you're reading a SCP document.

Suggestion taken. You're right, the number of twists and deaths makes it hard to keep spoiler free without turning it into swiss cheese.
About naming conventions for characters: Does anyone have any problems with referring to the characters by just their title? Only 3 characters have their real names mentioned outside of the residual thoughts (4 if you count Posh's family name) so that's out. I think dropping Detective from their names makes sense here, since otherwise the word gets said so much it starts to feel meaningless.
