There's no significant character switching from the perspective of Tyler Wells. There's one single mission where, for some reason, the perspective switches to one of the Delta Force operators for all of about 30 seconds (if even that long), you don't fire a single shot, then an explosion or something happens (been a while since I played it, so I don't recall exactly) and the perspective switches back to Tyler Wells and gameplay begins.
